Remarks

For WBJEE candidates first, you have to fill sit allotment application if you deserve this college then you have to submit your information with sit allotment fee and get admission to college. Same for JEE MAINS candidates. You can get admission by Management quota also. You have to contact the college about that.

Course Curriculum Overview

As my branch is C.S.E by WBJEE counseling I get this. The faculty of programming labs are really sincere about classes and very supportive. Qualification of faculties is from NIT and other reputed colleges. The B.B.I.T examination procedure is really tough whether it is internals or externals. You should have to prepare well.

No internships are offered during 2nd year. You may get this opportunity in the 3rd year. But you had to try off-campus internships in Google, Microsoft, etc in the 2nd year .you should prepare it from the 1st year with passion.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarships for students who are not from their home state. Home state student gets swami Vivekananda scholarship in academic fees. college allows DRCC for all states and supports students. Job is good and not the best but for average students, it's really good sometimes. Some regular companies like Capgemini,Wipro,byjus came here for campus selection.

Campus Life

Fest name Magnus is celebrated every year. Big celebrities came to Magnus for life. The library is very poor and you can't select books on your own. Every year hpl is celebrated. You can find your sport. Also a swimming pool and gym are also provided by the college on the campus. For coding there is a club name coder's club is run by student. And also entrepreneur's club is also running.

Placement Experience:

At JGEC,campus placements begin mostly from the 6th/final year semester,when students become eligible .I recent years many well-known companies have visited such as Pinnacle Infotech,Synnova Gears & Transmissions Pvt.Ltd,,TCS,Jyesta corporate Entity and many more.The highest package was around 54 LPA form Google ,While the overall average is 10.2LPA.Many students also take internships, industrial training or prepare for higher studies(GATE) rather than accepting direct placement immediately.The exact percentage of student getting palcement is no where.But last year the percentage placed is 70%.

Overall the placement percentage of the college is good for both the core and non-core courses almost near 90%. All the students in there 3rd year i.e. in their 5th or 6th semester are elegible for campus placements. Ok taking account of these exam ranks you can take admission into this college and the average rank for CSE branch by WBJEE is under 20-25k.
