Eligibility: HS 70% AND MATHEMATICS 70% ? the admission form was available on the college website... ? Reservation: after clearing the entrance exam candidates were chosen and the reservation of SC ST OBC was there? the reservation process was fair enough

Course Curriculum Overview

I was quietly interested in Mathematics from school standards and I want to continue my higher studies in mathematics one of the key reason why the college ranked in the top 10 all over India is the faculty members... Professors are highly qualified and the classes are regular. The duration of every semester is 4 months... And mid sem is taken in between every semester

The internship opportunity is given to every student by the college... Many famous institutes like IISER IIT NIT come here for internships... Students can enrich their knowledge from these institutes... There is also a different cell for civil service exam preparations

Infrastructure is quite futuristic on the campus.. every classroom has sufficient fans lights and also a protector.. seminar is conducted almost every week ... There is no social group in our college. Cricket football carrom chess competition organized by the college every year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is impressive as it includes all the importaint subjects of several entrace exams. On extra the college provides internships for real world problem solving. In case of Computer Science students are working at NIC, CU, IIEST, NIT Patna, IISC and many other as interns. Exam happend in evey 2.5 month March (mid sem) May(end sem) September(mid sem), December(end sem) and the difficulty level of the exam is modarate.

This is a Boys college so only male students are given addmission and one is eligible to apply for MSc Mathematics and Computing if he obtains a mean percentage of 50% up to the first 5 semesters of one's BSc in mathematics with almost 30 seats on offer and reservation of seats for the OBC, SC and ST as per as the government norms.
