Remarks
I applied through the ggsipu cet to get admission to this college. You can easily find the form at ipu.ac.in to get the registration form. I didn't know much about the reservation benefits but yes it's beneficial if you are non-outside Delhi. The admission process should be more punctual and visible because dates are not fixed for deadlines.
Course Curriculum Overview
Initially, I am interested in IT but due to my high rank I couldn't but yes later on I upgraded and that is the good thing about this university that you have an option to opt for a different branch after the first year on basis of your result. Talking about faculty, it is very supportive and cooperative. Like this is the main factor that I should recommend you this college. Teaching methods are good but it depends upon individual and last exams were held on two ways one internal after two months of beginning and the end terms.
Placement Experience
After the third-semester students are eligible for the placements and the placement department is quite good and helpful for guiding students for the smooth conducting of the process. Amazon, Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture like many known MNCs have come and around 42 opportunities you are introduced with including a few off-campus as well as sales profiles. Packages range from 2 to 15 LPA. I am not sure about the percentage of students who get placed but yes most of the students got placed who sits in placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
It cost me around 430000 including tuition fee, admission fee, and security amount for books. Compare to any other college in Delhi it's quite decent, not too high. Yes, there are many scholarships available for students and for Sikh minority students as well. I got a job at Infosys at the package of 3.6 LPA and a few offer as well but I choose this one.
Campus Life
Campus life is good for me but honestly, I spent only 2 yrs out of 4 because of covid so those 2yrs were good, I had a joyful freshers party and that amazing fest which they called GATES. so campus life is good for me. Books and journals that I hardly need to buy from outside, so it's good but yes not too many outdoor sports options you have to opt for. But if you are interested in culture you have many societies.
