Remarks

I gave the WBJEE entrance exam. I have scored 24000. Though I have reserved my seat. That gave me an enormous opportunity. I have no complaint against the Entrance exam and the most important thing is the faculties are excellent.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is really good and the faculties are excellent. The course curriculum is slightly different from the MAKAUT curriculum but it's in a good way. There are about 40 student to 1 teacher ratios.

Class Size: 220Course Fees: INR 390000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies coming for internships in this college. This list contains Big names like TCS, WIPRO, ADOBE etc. The stipend is really good also and most importantly the mentality building of the student is really good.

Placement Experience

The placement record is really good. As far as I know 95% of students were placed in last year. The highest package was about 16 lakhs, and the average package is about 4 lakh. 4 students were directly placed in TCS.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is really good. And there is also a scholarship policy under which you can get a 40000/- discount if you have more than 75% in higher secondary exams like WBCHSE or CBSE or ISC. You can also apply for an SVMCM scholarship from the government.

Campus Life

There is two annual tech fest. One in March another one in September. These are great opportunities for the students to come across the latest techs upcoming into the market. There are many social and WhatsApp groups to participate in these Tech fests.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from 7 and 8 semester also their are many placement on thee intern companies. thier are total of 50 t0 60 companies that visits year which leads to very good placement percentage, in mining its above 90 percent. companies which come are infosys, microsoft, google , coal india, tcs, pwc etc. the higest pacage was 39 lacs by coal india. as mentioned above the placement is very good and almost everybranch placement is between 79 to 95 percentage of student which are placed, their are many mass recruiter if you didnt get the best pacakge you still have the chance to get a good package from the mass recruiter. my plan after degree is to advance in computer science even if i dont have the branch but i have the passion to do coding and become a web developer also i will try to get some more degree like mba and mtech and i will also try if i get selection to study abroad.
