Eligibility for the course is you have to give Wbjee or JEE mains or you can also apply through management quota. you can apply for wbjee or JEE on their respective website keep tracking those. first, you have to give an exam then sit for the counseling process which is again on their website. definitely, reservations have low cutoffs specially For Sc and St candidates. The admission process is pretty good and smooth.

I chose this beacuse it industry is at a booming stage nowadays also hit provides decent placements. In our department, there are about 180 students. In which girl to boy ratio is 1:10.on the academic front, a hit is very good in the computer science section. As per my knowledge faculty members of this department are really good and helpful. Also, they have a wide range of hands-on practicals which let you understand the subject better. IF you are really interested in CSE, a hit is one of the best places to offer you what you are looking for. The term exams are quite timely and follow standards. passing those was quite easy.

Internship opportunities are not good I think it is very few. students generally find internships off-campus. also, they have to work on projects for their own betterment. if you get on-campus internships they provide very few and also stipend is less than 10000.

From the 7th semester you are eligible for placements. coming to placement the mass recruiter visited like INFOSYS, WIPRO, TCS, TECH MAHINDRA, COGNIZANT.also last year BIG BASKET visited take students almost 18 at 9lpa.average package is 4-5 LPA and the highest is 9-10lpa. 97% of students got placed. also startups like BYJUS, EXTRA MARKS visited.

There is a no hike policy. fees are 426700 (without hostel) AND 527000(with hostel). There are also TFW tuition fees wavier those who have a family income less than 2,50,000 below they have to charge very minimal fees which are way lesser. you have very less which is highly affordable .there were various scholarships like SVCM.

There is an annual fest in Haldia which is grand surely many celebrities had invited previous years. after the pandemic these fests are not happening. our library is one of the best libraries which is also the biggest among all engineering colleges. there are clubs like manab racing club,robotics ,csi,aieee and many more.sports like cricket ,football,badminton,table tennis,are there.

Hostel facilities are pretty decent .four bedrooms rooms are provided .you have to pay 12000 per semester. Mess food is also good. for registration you have contact college they will allow your rooms according to your wish you can also team up by own for allotment.
