Remarks
I got selected at Assam University, Silchar through CSAB. Due to the covid situation, the admission process was online. The application form and all the details regarding this is available easily on the University website i.e aus.ac.in .
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I was interested in ECE for a very long time and this was my aim. According to the research I did, Assam University was a great University for my dreams as I did not want to go outside Assam for my studies. The faculty members of my department are very friendly. They are very supportive. They provide special attention to each and every student. The most important is their teaching. I love the way they teach. The term exams are as per the notice that is provided by the University. The question paper is set as per the teaching. If we pay attention in class and make notes properly, it will be easy.
Fees and Financial Aid
The annual fee I paid for my course is Rs 49700. According to me, it is a reasonable price as compared to other institutes. The fees can be paid in two halves if the students can any financial issues. All UGC scholarships such as Isan Uday Scholarship, Minority Scholarship, etc are available. A fees reimbursement scheme is also available for students who are economically unstable.
Campus Life
All the books and journals that are important for the department are available in the library. The classroom is well furnished. There are approximately 12 desk benches in the classroom. In one, 4-5 students can be occupied. All the sports and curricular activities are conducted.
