Remarks

Must have passed 12th with Mathematics subject as one of the subjects. An aggregate of 55% is necessary for admission. The online application form is available on the site. About the application dates, one can see the site of the colleges. The admission process is good and the application fee is 200 for the general category. No there is no need for improvement in the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I am interested in this subject and wanted to do research on this subject. So I applied here. The ratio of faculty and student is quite good. There are a good number of teachers in our college. They all are proficient in their subject. They all have done Ph.D. in mathematics. The teaching method is also excellent. Exams are regular and tough, but there are not tough when one studies well, exams seem to be easy for them.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

There are many internships provided by the well- developed company in our college. Also, there are many internships with stipends. One can get ample experience through this internship to work in the corporate sector. And about the projects, I can't say because it depends on the company how will they offer them.

Placement Experience

3

I have not any idea about placement, but one thing I can say there are ample internship opportunities in our college which are work from home type. So one can get the placement after 5th semester exams I think.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 18,500. It is okay fees structure, but it is high than Miranda House which is also a girl's college in the same course. There are fees concession foe economically weaker. Scholarships are available for those who are in OBC, SC, ST, and for the economically weaker section, not for the general category. I have no proper knowledge regarding the job in campus with a stipend.

Campus Life

2.5

Actually, I want to tell you that I never have been gone to my college due to covid. But about societies and fests, I can tell they are good but not the best as we are attending them online. I don't have proper knowledge about the library, classrooms, and sports. All the societies and clubs are run by the students online. There is less involvement of the teachers in the societies and clubs.

I will rate 10 out of 7 to this course curriculum because in this course the experiment and lab works is too low as compare to another courses like biomedical science, bsc zoology and many more. But it's ok I'm happy with this course.

Students become eligible for placements on the 3rd year, we have decent placement opportunities but not the best, highest package is around 15 lakhs. Companies that visit are Bain and Co., Urban Clap etc. average package is around 5 lakhs. My plans after getting the degree are getting into a master's programme and pursuing research.
