Entrance Preview

WBJEEB, I took the college because it is one of the best colege in bengal. It is a government institution too.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course details is good but i think the syllubes is little bit outdated.The faculty member is good. they are well trained and give us support fr doing anything even it is not included in our syllebus.

Internships Opportunities

Sorry, till now i don't get any but i amooking for that.

Placement Experience

The placement is netural,about 70% of our stream were placed. tcs,infocis,wipro,tritent,oracle are came to our college.

Our college programme are tech fest,cultural fest,sports,freshers,teachers day,biswacarma puja etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Mcm scholarship,prime minister schlorship for sc st student loan faclity form wbscstcorp are available.

Campus Life

In this college the boy part is little bit bigger than the number o girls.All the compitition were debated.

Hostel Facilities

About hostel i have no idea.The mess is very good.The food quality is awasome.

I think the placement is a weaker point to us.So i think it should be increased and the student faculty relationship is very good in ur college. i think i was like no other college in bengal.The lab are very good the seniours are helping us i every possible way.The giving books to read us.

My Honest Review For Nit Durgapur

Placement Experience:

Yes our college offers campus placements.Students from 4th year are eligible for campus placements.Many reputed nation and international companies like microsoft,Wipro,TCS, Infosys and many more companies offrers placement every year in this college. arrording to 2025 deta overall placement rate was 82 percent, Highest packege was 80 lpa and average packege was 12.6lpa. My only plan to get a good placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant and useful for us.They teach data structures algorithm that is very important for college placements and they also teach os, networks and other usefull things that is very important in computer science.They provide very high quality labs and the whole college has a good internet connection.Tecahers are very educated and good they helps us and teaching in very good way .The exams time schedule is also very good if there is any problem the college will change the exam date that is really a good thing.

Story of hit

Placement Experience:

The campus placement from recently past years is slightly good . Like tcs infosys cognizant ibm Capgemini like companies comes every year with good placement and capsitech gives you internship from 3 year . From 7th sem you are eligible for campus placement in 2025 the avg package is 5-7 lpa and Highest lpa is 75lpa . My plan is getting good job in good company

Placement Experience:

7th semester is when the students get to sit for placements. I am not sure about the total no of companies visited but I am aware of the name of few companies like IBM Infosys Wipro Capsitech Tech Mahindra cognizant etc . Mostly the girls are 100 percent placed cause there is diversity hiring. Mass recruiters is what visit our campus mostly.. I personally would look for a job after graduation highest package offered displayed by college is 75 lpa but I don't think so it is real. Maybe someone had worked hard and got placed off campus. On campus highest isbi guess 12-14 lpa

Course Curriculum Overview:

- I choose Data Science as it is new to my college when comparing with the other branches. The curriculum is just okay it is not per industry standards but if students deep drives in each aspects then they are likely to crack GATE exams. - The whole curriculum needs and improvement from the very 1st Year and removal of irrelevant subjects like Discrete Mathematics, Electonics, Biology for IT branches are required. - Semester exams are conducted every 6 months and CTs are conducted every 2 months

In my college according to this year college placements went 82% . If you can't get campus placement , there is a high probability if you can apply for any job outside campus and you have relevant skills you can get it . As alumini network of this college is quite good . Microsoft, apple, Deloitte,....etc many companies visits i don't even remember ????more . After getting degree i wants to prepare for govt job

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement after 3rd year(6th sem) There are many companies such as TCS, cognizant , Wipro etc Avg salary is 4-5 lakhs and some also gets 8-9 lakh 70 to 80 % students gets placed while the companies visits our campus

I applied for Academy of Technology, but the fees were too high in my opinion so I stepped back and applied for this college. I applied for AoT in the first counselling but I applied for second counselling and got admitted in this college. To apply for this college you need to get around 15000 rank (for general category) in WBJEE, also diploma students can apply for this college through JELET exam.
