No reservation, The admission process is ok, The form is available online on wbjee official website. Apply and give the exam and sit for its counseling to avail a government engineering seat in the West Bengal state.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to study engineering, I had a passion for engineering, Engineering includes mathematics, which is again my favorite Nice faculty, needs but improvement, Exams conducted timely and nicely, Overall good.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 17000 per year

Placement Experience

Highest package 8 lakhs per annum, Average 3.5-4, 70% of students placed, Government college of engineering and textile technology serampore (gcetts) provides nice placement is studied well. My plan is to get a master of technology.

Fees and Financial Aid

8500 for computer science engineering course. 12500 for the information Technology course. 6500 for textiles technology and apparel production and management course. Per semester all these are. Low fees but good quality.

Campus Life

Texavision is the annual festival in this engineering college. Campus Is beside the Hooghly river. Engineering is taught nicely. A social group is the government college of engineering and textile technology Serampore students union group.

The placement performance in my college is average few student get decent placement otherwise many sales company come and took the student .Around 30 percent student in my class got placement by college other strudents get placed by thereselves there is no role of placement and training department in this.

Shaping My Future: A Comprehensive Review of College Life and Academics

Placement Experience:

After 7th semester companies started coming and there is different criteria for different companies like some company have criteria for more then 8.5 cgpa will be able to seat only in their placement conducting it is totally based on company preferences. The highest package was 9 lpa and average package was 3 lpa. Around 60 percent student get placed in my department.

Companies started coming around 7 th semester there is different criteria for different companies like you have more tan nine cgpa then you are eligible for that particular company. Around 50 percent people in my class get placed . Companies like TCS ,wipro EY are mass hiring company.

The life in HITK

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in cse, it ,ece and sometimes elec branches. The others dpt also offers a quite unique variety of placements from different companies. Nearly 60 percent of the students have been placed in this year and others are still on board for a positive response.

If you can't get campus placement , there is a high probability if you can apply for any job outside campus and you have relevant skills you can get it . Here students become eligible to sit in campus placement from 6th semester. Many companies come here. The average package here is 5 lakhs and the highest here is 20 lakhs it's gone.Here 95% of the students get placement.My plan is to do M.Tech after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of my college is very strong.From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements.There are around 50 companies visited in the college such as TCS,Intel. Microsft. Deloitte,etc.205 students are placed in TCS in year 2019. 415 students are placed in campus placement last year. Maximum CTC was 25 lacs/pa and average CTC was 5.5 lacs/pa previous year.After Jadhavpur University,the average CTC of the college is higher than IEM. Above 95% placements for IT,CSE and ECE students.There are around 55-60% placements in other department.My plans are doing some great things after getting the degree.
