Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I want to become a merchant navy officer. The faculty members are very supportive and have a very good nature. The faculty-student ratio is 1:31. All the faculty members are well qualified all of them to have more than 30 years of sailing experience.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, there are many good internship opportunities available. but in our course, there is no need for an internship because the company which provides placement will send us on board for ship training and we got a stipend for that training time.
Placement Experience
The placements were very good in our college. Also in our course, the placement was 100 percent. Our college has tie-up with many shipping companies like fleet management, scorpion tankers, synergy, and many more
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is like this:- Admission / Reg Fees = 10,000,Annual Tuition Fees = 1,60,000,Uniform = 20,000,Books & Stationery = 10,000,Hostel = 1,14,000, Mess Charges = 30,000, Laundry = 6,000, Total (Annual Fees) = 3,50,000
Campus Life
The campus life was very good. There is a lot of activity to do on the campus like there is football court, basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, And in indoor games, there are Foosball, snooker, table tennis and many more.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel was very good. The infrastructure was very good. There are separate hostels for boys and girls and also there is a separate mess. In one room there are 2 roommates and there is Table tennis available on every floor.
