There was only an interview for this course and the evaluation of 10th and 12th marks. The application form can be found in the University website. The website has all information about the course and dates too.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is interesting. It is part of a triple main course( Bsc. zoology, botany, chemistry. CBZ). The faculty are strict and stubborn. Girls are more than boys. A student needs at least 20% in exams to pass.

One of the clubs, CAPS teaches students about professional planning and teaching. The club provides summer internships by the college or from other independent research companies. Research companies take on interns from Christ all year round.

The campus is amazing. The staff has kept the campus clean and green. There are two huge libraries for the students to issue and learn. There is a fitness club, cricket, volleyball, basketball, football, Kho-Kho, table tennis, badminton, etc. There are other clubs run by students and faculty like the Green Army. The green army club takes students on nature walks and birding and does many green-related activities for the protection and preservation of flora and fauna.

The specific aspects is that microbiology is a well developing scope of science in the world. We know how important this subject was when Covid had come to the world. It is related to this subject and find it's relevance everywhere. The course curriculum had started with basics of microbiology and microbial techniques later getting deeper into the subject. The syllabus is set by our college faculties and department head and it is very relevant for future studies. Improvement is needed in teaching methods. Otherwise it's a good place and subject.
