Remarks

As an IT student, the best part of this college is the coding culture. It has very healthy coding culture. Many students are selected in GSoC till date. Apart from coding, placements are very good. Almost all the IT giants are coming to the campus and recruiting heavily.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculties are very very generous. All faculties have did PHDs from the IITs, NITs and some of the faculties are graduated from international schools. Mostly all the courses are project based. In each courses, the evaluation components are divided into parts like project, endsem, midsem and assignments.

For the final year, student are eligible for the placements. There are many companies visited the campus every year. (i.e. Google, Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Goldmann sachs, Oracle, Sprinkler, Tekion and many more). The highest package was offered this year is 56 lpa by Google. And the average is around 20 lpa. This year more than 170 companies visited our campus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes there are financial assistance for based on performance. For M.Tech and PhD students, the stipend is regularly given. For M.tech stipend amount is 12400 and for PHD students the amount is 35000. Also for campus jobs, the placement cell is very active.

Campus Life

The life at DAIICT is awesome. DAIICT has very nice green campus. The infrastructure and the facility is too good. The campus is very huge and clean as well. Every year there is a very famous tech fest 'SYNAPS" happens at the campus. Apart from technical event, there are many cultural events are also held every year.

Hostel Facilities

Great facilities available and breakfast veg and non vegetarian food. Canteen for breakfast, samosa, coffee or tea, dinner and Lunch. Smooth processing of registration for hostel and affordable.

Admission

There are no interviews to get into the masters program at DAIICT. Also there is no need to give any type of specialized test for entering DAIICT. GATE is the only thing you need to clear to get admitted into the DAIICT.

A Practical and Honest Experience at SN Patel Institute

Placement Experience:

Campus placements usually start from the 7th semester. Companies like TatvaSoft, Etech, Atul, and local industries visit the campus. The average package is around 2.5–3 LPA and the highest goes up to 4–5 LPA depending on the branch. Around 40–50% students get placed, mainly from CS/IT, while core branches have limited opportunities. After my degree, I plan to focus on gaining skills and applying for off-campus opportunities.

DAIICT's review

In the front section I mentioned I got BITs Hyderabad, BITs mersa, Nirma and other colleges below the ranking of mine. I choose this college so as to stay near home town and it had very good placements compared to others. While BITs Hyderabad is better than DAIICT, it is too costly. I got rejected from IITs as my JEE Adv rank was 22k and you need 5k for a really good IIT with your preferred choice. Admission in DAIICT is via JEE main or ACPC. I am preparing for jee i got decent rank in both mains and advanced. Rank in mains is 8100 and Advanced is 8779 but as of genroul catagory it's very good to get good college and branch at same time.
