Remarks

I had not applied in any other college except Acharya Narendra Dev College. I didnt avail any qouta for admission as well. The Delhi University had announced cutoffs for its colleges and my boards result met the eligibility criteria so I took admission in the college. There was no counselling day that was conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because it will open up the gate to become Auditor in the future which is my dream job. The faculty to student ratio is about 1:17 which is quite decent. The faculty has all the educational qualifications required to be a part of the faculty and they make the online classes interesting as well. Term exams are conducted twice a year and they are quite easy to pass.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 8000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no fees hike policy in the college. Infact, the fees has been same for over an decade. The cost to study in the college is very low and amounts to 8,000 inr per year only. There are no scholorships or financial assistances that are provided in the college which is justified as the fees is already very low.

Campus Life

Corpomaze is the annual fest of the college that is conducted by the commerce society of the college in the month of February. It is a fun and exciting event for all students and faculty. Campus has 24/7 wifi and all kinds of books are available in the library. Classrooms are spacious but lacks cleanliness. Sports are highly promoted in the college with specific coaches being present.

Yes our college provides placements to the student and the students who are in their final semester(6 semester) are eligible for the placement. The companies which comes to college are Kpmg, dillote, Ey, bain and company etc. The average package is around 9 lakh and the highest package is 36.5 lakh.

Students of 3rd semester become eligible for campus placements. Companies like pwc, EY, deloitte has visited our campus and offered packages according to the competency of student. 35-40% people do get placements. My plan after getting the degree is to move abroad and pursue ACCA.

Hansraj college- A blessing

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is really relevant and comprehensive. For eg in bcom we study business law, company law, Human Resources management, marketing, financial and corporate accounting, finance, busines maths, stats, income tax, cost accounting, economics as ge so all these are really great well structureda and do have real life practical applications therefore i think my course is really very well aligned and comprehensive in terms of the business world.

ANDC= The most average old school type campus life

Good for science courses but infrastructure and surrounding area is not good

I got admission to this college through cuet. I only applied to colleges of DU. Rather than ANDC I applied to Hansraj college of Delhi University but I did not get admission because my marks did not clear the cut off score of that college as Hansraj college is of North campus and has high cut off score.
