Awesome experience

I went through KCET but I had also written COMEDK and JEE mains. I was very much interested in computer science. No interviews or other procedures.

Very good teaching with excellent faculty. Not only based on exam point of view but also knowledge based. We are assigned projects regularly. Which gives us more and more confidence. It generally follows VTU syllabus but it has got Washington accrediting this year. Hence the status of college is to a different level from this year.

I don't have any idea about scholarships since I'm still a 1st year student. But I'm sure there are internships with lot of opportunities.

Placements and job opportunities are awesome in our college. It is ranked 5th in Karnataka for placements. Google,microsoft and any many other reputed companies pick students from our college. Minimum package :3.7L, Max package : upto 20L, Average package : around 5L.

There are many technical fests which takes place in college where students from different colleges in city participate in it. Many quiz competitions held yearly are being waited by hundreds of students from all over the city. Cultural fests are very few and doesn't attract much people towards it. Sport activities are very good. Regular competitions will be held.

As of now, I have not availed any scholarships from the college , but it provides national scholarships ,to every student,a sum of 10000 who has scored above 80% in their 12th exams.

Campus life here is very peaceful. It is located at the heart of the city. We get to see different kind of people who do not care about race or religion. People live unity here. There is no ragging in campus. No influence of politics. No racial discrimination.

There is an alumni association which is to be registered by students leaving the college. Hence there will be a link between the current and old students where they can give tips and share their experiences with current students.

Exams are really cooled out as the teachers donot put us under so much of pressure whatsoever. As infrastructure is old, so labs are also old, but for computer science since it is only computers, we are not affected much !! Other branch students will have to adjust.

Faculty are almost professors but a few assistant professor are also there. But even they are all trained and skilled. They take good care about students and very interested in teaching us over and over again. HODs are very efficient and plan the syllabus completion efficiently. And they also conduct internals every month.
