Remarks
I directly applied for admission in Delhi University U.G. program for merit-based admission. I belong to the general category and didn't avail any quota. There were cut-offs for various courses of all Colleges in Delhi University. The cut-off criteria were 12th board marks.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I have an interest in the subjects of its curriculum. There is 1 teacher for every 80+ students. The teachers have 7+ years of experience and a Ph.D. Term exams are conducted twice a year and the difficulty level is moderate.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like EY, Younity, Unschool, Unnati, IFortis are providing internships with stipends of up to 10,000. The tasks given are writing emails, designing posters, marketing, and representing the brand as an Ambassador in the college.
Placement Experience
The students become eligible for campus placement offers in the last semester. Companies like McKinsey, KPMG, EY, ICICI Bank, and Wipro visit with 180+ offers. The highest package is 20 lakhs and the average package of companies like McKinsey, DE Shaw, FuturesFirst is 12lakhs and for companies including Deloitte, Grand Thornton, Genpact the average package is 4 lakhs. Around 70% of students get placed. I plan to join one of the Big Four companies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is affordable and lower than the average fees of this course. There is a scholarship for students whose family income is below a certain limit prescribed by the organization. Campus placements are there but since I am in the first year and so do not have a job now.
Campus Life
Confluence is the annual cultural fest held every year in March. All types of books are available in the library. The classrooms are a well lot and air-conditioned. There are large grounds and indoor courts and shooting ranges where students practice. There are a number of social groups working in various fields including finance, dance, music, and environmental awareness.
