Remarks

I have applied to Christian medical college, king George's medical university, Kasturba medical college, university college of medical sciences and I got a chance to study only at the All India institute of medical sciences. Because of some health issues, I was rejected from all other colleges. This college has a wonderful teaching facility and I am very lucky to get a chance to study in this college. This college is near to my house and I took a bus daily to reach the college.

The class is very entertaining and all the teachers were very educated and experienced and they use some techniques while teaching which help us to study easily. The exams not at all hard for me and quite easy but some hard work was needed.

Class Size: 5Course Fees: INR 18800 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My college is a total of three years and I am paying my fees yearly in one year I had to pay 40,000 rs and totally I had to pay 1,20,000 for 3 years. Then I had to pay bus fees also in one year total I had to pay is 5000 (it depends upon the distance). Then diary fees rs 200.

Campus Life

The college also conducts programs like annual day, youth festival, exhibition, etc. The youth festival is conducted in September and the annual day is in February. These are very interesting friends teachers all celebrate together with honest and dancing and singing together all very happy moments of the life.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very well structured and includes detailed study of all the aspects of medicine which is very relevant in today's world. Since mbbs curriculum is more about practical and less about theory we get a really good patient exposure which makes us ready to deal with patient problems in real life. The course curriculum can be made a little less hectic as in fourth year there are 11 subjects to cover so they can be distributed equally in all the other years and teaching methods can be made more interactive instead of professors just reading the slides monotonously

Academics is great and the labs are well maintained. All the pgs, Srs and professors are helpful. Projectors are there for teaching purposes. Exams held on weekly/monthly basis for better understanding of subjects and preparation of final examination.

Experience of our college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum are good but need some improvement.there is 3 subject in 1st year and 3 subject in 2nd year and only 2 subject in 3rd year and 11 subject in last 4th year so last year very tough.we need some more subject in 3rd year even 1st and 2nd year so we got some less headache in final year.

A good quality and thorough training

Students usually go for specialty courses and dont immediately start doing job , or they do residency which is around 6-7 years also depends course to course , in residency a person earns around 80000-90000 per month

A nice yet small college in delhi

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is decided by the NMC therefore it is same for all of the doctors. Our college has a good clinical exposure and thus we learn a lot. The course prepares you well, but you always have to learn by yourself. In the area of clinical expertise the treatment of common disease must be taught separately. We have exams Nearly every 3 months, which can be tough to manage, considering that you have to score an average of more than 50% in them . Difficulty level is intermediate

Course Curriculum Overview:

1. Bcoz in mbbs in addition to money there is also a lot of respect, plus it is easy to explain what are u doing ? 2. There are a total of 100 students in our batch and there are at least 2-3 assistant professors, 1 head of department, and at least 4-5 postgraduate and senior residents 3. Assistant professor and Head of the department has already completed there pg's and has experience of 5-10 year of teaching, Senior resident had also completed their pg but the difference between sr's, AP, and HoD is that sr's have lack of experience 4. There is an exam after completion of a particular unit and this is easy then comes the term exam which occurs after 2-3 months it comes under the category of moderate then there is pre-proof before the proof this is quite hard even for some say it's harder than proof, then finally comes off the last exam of that particular year after proof another year start bcoz results of proof usually take 2,3,4 weeks at least

Entrance Preview:

AIIMS medical entrance exam conducted by AIIMS institute itself every 1st July of the year. I scored around 70% (self calculation as the results are not published just the names are presented with rank). Being a doctor is the noblest profession, I was influenced by a book and made up my mind in class 10.
