Remarks

My admission process was totally online due to pandemics. We contacted to college through emails provided by the Delhi University. Maths was compulsory to opt for bachelor of commerce (b.com Hons) course

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty is really nice . Even the online classes are very interesting and moreover our college also arranges different online workshops on Saturday and Sunday ( as Saturday is off) Faculty is enough qualified Exams were in the OBE (open book examination) MODE

Internships Opportunities

There are so many internship opportunities in a college. various companies provide internship college in a college they are both work from home and from office . Companies providing internship provide roles in graphic designer ,HR intern ,marketing intern , Business development intern, vedio editing, content writing, social media marketing Etc

Placement Experience

After completion of the Third year the students are eligible for the placements Before third year other students can do Interships Companies like Wipro, BLITZJOBS etc. Offered placement in our college Being a first year student I don't have knowledge regarding the highest in the lowest package

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is good Fees are nominal as it's a part of the government No extra charges are there throughout the year There was no fee hike No, I didn't apply for any scholarship We are also provided with the paid internships.

Campus Life

Due to the pandemic, all fests were organized in an online mode Books are available in our Library but due to pandemic we are not able to visit our college Classroom is nice There are various societies in our college and they organize various events, competitions, workshops, etc

The course curriculam is well-structured and covers all the core subject relevant to the field . It help in building strong theroritcial knowledge but lacks enough real-world case studies and industry exposure . Exam are conducted regularly and are of moderate difficulty . When students enter 3rd year of their college , they are eligible to sit for placements but should have minimum 8 CGPA .A lot of companiess visit campus , details of companies are on the website of college.The highest placement till now is 20 Lakhs per Annum and average goes around 6-7 Lakhs per Annum. A decent percentage of students get placed. Honestly most students here are pursuing professional courses so they don't sit for placements instead continue with their courses .

Why DU has the best college life

Placement Experience:

SPMCW is Special!!

I applied at colleges such as LSR and Gargi purely because they were also girls colleges and are above ranked than my college. In DU though a proper merit system works and in that merit my score couldn't get admission in those two colleges.
