Remarks

My first choice was to study B.Sc Nursing in Brainware University, because I was well aware of the good name and fame of the University's other courses and I felt that they would do an excellent job in this course too. Hence I put my faith in them, and they haven't let me down. No quota availed. Marks:-PCB: 45% each( minimum) Age: 17 Admission process was smooth enough and very convenient.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I always had a nag for it. There are at least 2-3 teachers provided for every individual subject of our course. That makes the student-to-teacher ratio quite great. Teachers who take our classes are all M.Sc passed or more, and their teaching method is quite effective and easily understandable. Term exams were taken after one or two months gap, and difficulty was moderate.

Internships Opportunities

4

Being a first-year student, I have seen other departments provide their students with amazing placements in good companies. Our course does have an internship part but doesn't really have this placement thing according to WBNC.

Fees and Financial Aid

College Fees: 166000/yr. Exam fees: 1200/yr. Hostel fees: 7000/month. I didn't get any scholarship, but there are some available for other valid candidates. I didn't ask for any financial assistance from the University. Being a first-year student, I have seen all other departments getting good placements.

Campus Life

4.5

Being a first-year student, I really haven't experienced any annual or tech fest. Books and journals are available in ample amounts in the library. Amenities in the classroom are quite good. Smartboard is available. Not really experienced any of it. Didn't get the chance to experience it.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The room is quite spacious, with one study table and one wardrobe. Meal is provided an inaccurate quantity and is of good quality. It has a combination of veg and non-veg menus for a week. Hostel was mandatory for our course, and it takes 7000/ month for the accommodation. Nothing like that.

There are alot of external classes that happens as the college doesn't have all the professors present in the college so the professors from other institutes comes and also for other classes like anatomy physiology we have to go to medical college for classes. The internal classes aren't very good as we have to study most of the syllabus by ourselves
