Remarks

It offers 100% placement. Teachers are well experienced and overall faculty is outstanding. It offers a good environment to study and broaden the career scope . There is a ragging free campus. Admission is done through merit base or by giving a common entrance test . You can get admission here by contacting to the office or online as per your wish . It has many courses. Fees are moderate i.e. for BBA it takes 55000 per semester which is quite decent. The reason for choosing this college is that it has a very good response and placement is too good. I used google based results for searching this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen BBA because this offers a wide scope for job, starting our own business ,etc . Faculty are more than enough as compared to students . Shortage of faculty is not there at all. All the faculty members here are very much experienced having a teaching experience of over 15+ years. It conducts 3 terms in 6 months (1st semester) in interval of 2 months i.e. 1st mid semester , mid semester , main sem.

Placement Experience

You can apply for placement after the 3rd year i.e. after completing graduation. The company visited here are wipro, Tata, reliance, ESL etc . It offers 100% placement to the students . My plan is do job for 2 years the. Going for any further course after gaining experience.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are moderate here . All the courses here have almost similar fees. The course which I am doing has 55000 per semester fees. I haven’t applied for any scholarship neither any financial assistance.

Campus Life

It conducts many fests events in there campus. They have many events etc . Availability of books is outstanding they literally Have all the books to study. Classroom is decent with all the basic amenities. It has basketball as their main sport. Students run many social groups like IEM help care etc .

Interview Experience

I was asked for a telephonic interview because of that pandemic situation. They asked my percentage and all the academic details gave me the form and explained me all the procedures to take admission.

Good Exposure Through Internships with Reputated Companies

Placement Experience:

Many reputated companies such as TCS Wipro Infosys Deloitte and HDFC Bank visit the campus regularly. The highest package offered last year was around 9LPA, while the average package ranges between 4-5 LPA depending on the profile. Nearly 70-75 % of eligible students get placed every year.

- Students become eligible for campus recruitment from the 5th semester. - Around 65% of students get placed during campus interviews. - The highest package offered to the BBA students is INR 4 LPA. The average package offered to the students is INR 3 LPA and the lowest is INR 2 LPA. - The top recruiters who visit the companies are Accenture, EY (Ernst & Young), Wipro Technologies LtdHDFC Bank Pvt Ltd, Deutsche Bank, Amazon.com Inc, Concentrix Corporation, Societe Generale, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, etc. - But still, improvement in place of recruitment is highly recommended. - I want to pursue MBA after and want to commit to the business.

Positive remarks about college, they specifically take care of everyone they call at home if any student is irregular or not serious about his/her study. So everyone attends classes and lectures a minimum of 75% and teachers motivate students for their all-over growth and performance.

So I take admission through WBJEE in IEM KOLKATA in B.tech in electrical engineering. So now I talked about eligibility criteria:- You should pass your +2 from any board with a maximum of 60% Admission in this college is 3 types WBJEE, JEE MAIN, IEMJEE all three forms you will get notified by college dunia if you have an account in it. So the IEM KOLKATA is one of the best private colleges in Kolkata and you can say in India also so the cuttoff goes very high you have to get minimum rank for this college. Review of My IEM University

When I was searching for the best college to get the admission, some people told me to try for Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM) and after I got admitted to this college, I really understood that I selected the right college. I will always prefer this college because discipline is strictly obeyed in IEM and all the teachers are like parents. In 2019, admission was going on offline and it was held around the month of July. This year, due to covid pandemic, the admission process was held around the month of October and from 2nd November, online education started for the first year batch. According to me, the one and only bad aspect is that every semester, Rs. 65,000 is to be paid by each and every student to continue with their education which is quite high according to me.
