Remarks

The reason for choosing this college was probably because of the good campus and good placement facilities the college was providing, at the end of the day everyone is looking to earn good and do well in life.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers do their best in teaching and helping us, but few of them just come for time pass. Even a few of them are busy with their phones in classes, which is not good. Some teachers are extra marvellous, who just focus on making their teaching better.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

In our senior batch around 80% were placed in various companies. The highest salary offered was approximately 4 Lacs per annum and the lowest salary offered was 1.3 Lacs per annum. The average salary was around 2 Lacs per annum, various companies visited our campus some of them are videocon,bajaj, maruti suzuki etc.

College Events

The Annual fest is huge with 3000 guests coming in from the different colleges of Kolkata, some are participants others are gest, its probably the time when the college is full and everyone in the college is doing something or the other.

SXC Kolkata is a gem of a college.

Placement Experience:

Computers are so vast that masters is mandatory and therefore I have certain plans for that. However big scale IT companies come here and students of Computer science Hons have had placements worth 6-10 lakhs easily. My plans are to appear for the job interviews but not taking any as I want to study more.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

SXC is an old pedigree!

Placement Experience:

Companies of all domains like the Asian Paints, EY, Nestle and HDFC Bank among all of them come to SXC. Biggest placements so far has been of 20 lakhs or so when one of the student was placedat such a package in 2024.

Good for studying but should improve for recruitment

The application form is available on the college website and every other detail regarding fees and application date is available there.
