Remarks

It is one of the best private college through wbjee in low costs. If you haven't been not selected for iit/nit then you go for a private college and you go for a low cost budget college if you belongs to a middle class.so this college is the one of the oldest college of west bengal

Course Curriculum Overview

Most of the Teachers are good and student friendly they clear the doubts. Management is not good of this college. The teachers are sincere if you have curiosity to learn by your self then go for the college if you involve with teacher then they will involve.college provides good internal marks. There are most free times to develop your self and you can prepare for other things.

Placement Experience

Various companies come for the placement and the selection ratio is very low. TCS hires so much from here and there are various companies like Amazon,tcs,CTS,byjus,DTDC, Pinnacle,etc. They hire so much from here there are various small companies.

College Events

There are various social groups. Avenir is college tech fest, there is a good library and also a digital library. You can take the management of annual fest and also you got certificate for anual fest and tech fest

Fee Structure And Facilities

There is scholarship for PWD. Fees fluctuations from 41250-44250. The fee stars from 41k and every year there is increasing of 1k. There is no scholarship if you belongs to general cast. There are some scholarship for underprivileged students

Hostel Facilities

There is a bond of one year and they take your any identity card. You can take pg,hostel or flat. The costs are around 4k to 6k depands on your sharing of the beds otherwise you can also rent a flat it is costly and for fooding you have to hire a cook. in pg system you have to pay for only room rent and you can join mess for fooding

Hostel Fee: INR 6000 per year

Admission

Consuling through wbjee exam and you will be allotted this college by your rank. Your rank for circulated branch is below than 10000. The whole admission process is under wbjee exam process there is no other test for admission

Nothing specific just the campus attracted me Curriculum is preparing me for the real world approach and its doing good enough the academic pursuits is good Teachers should teach in a good way so that every student should understand Frequently the timing of exam is 3 hrs but sometimes it takes 1 hrs

Techno India University has a strong campus placement. Several students got jobs during the last semester, and I am one of them. Some others choose to wait for better opportunities. Some joined good startups. The package was nominal as we were all freshers. After getting my degree, I planned to pursue corporate experience and then join a lab for my PhD.

Placement Experience:

The University Provides Placements options for the students from the 3rd Semester onwards. For the Department of Geography Companies like - GeoDesign and Research PVT. Things you should know before taking admission in NSEC

Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. Placement is okay

I have given the west bengal joint entrance exam(wbjee) and through it the nsec college was allotted to me through counselling process. When the result declared, you have to apply for counselling and put your choice of colleges with rank. Every round you will be allotted college according to your result rank. Passing out in 2025, have seen a old place in 2021, to a new college in 2025, rennovated

I had a senior in my locality, 2019 passout, following whom I joined NSEC. I still admire and thank him for guiding me while joining NSEC. While admission I didint face any kind of interview. I had got a rank in WBJEE, and during the first counselling round, I selected NSEC, got NSEC, and finalized it by paying the first semester fees. I wasnt rejected by any college, as I went ahead with my first option. The counselling round at college isnt anything special, just a question whether or not we would be able to bear the college fees, as all comes down to money.
