Remarks
Chandigarh Engineering College Landran provides 360-degree training which provides assistance not only to technical knowledge but the overall development of personality. Admissions are based on a combination of JEE score and 12th board percentage, but not necessarily. I got admitted on the basis of my 12th board percentage. The location of the college is good, and the environment is rather pleasing as compared to colleges in Delhi.
Course Curriculum Overview
The world is expanding exponentially, so we need to learn the skills required in near future, I think technology is the need of the hour. This is why I chose B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering. The faculty: student ratio would be 1:19. The faculty is quite qualified, their teaching methods are quite enjoyable. The exams are quite okay, and one can easily pass with proper focus.
Placement Experience
The placement drive is better. Students are Eligible for a place from the 6th semester onwards. Every year around 627 companies visit, including dell, Amazon, Adobe and many more. Around 70-80 percent of students got placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is quite high for a middle-class family. But still okay, as compared to any other private colleges. Though there is some scholarship given by college and government as well. The fee hike could be less as it would be difficult for the middle-class family to afford this education.
Campus Life
The campus life is vibrant and lively. There are many events organized every year. The most awaited event is parivartan for 2 days, many students from different schools and colleges visit our college for the event. There are many social clubs, virasat, rangmanch, poetry, and many other, help students to broaden the spectrum of skills
