Great college for low and middle class people

Good Aspects: College is situated on the national highway so you can reach there easily. The college environment is very pleasant and homely. Bad Aspects: While going to the class, either you are a day scholar or a hosteler, you have to travel a long way. So you have to start much earlier. Admission Procedure: For admission, you have to give an entrance exam,i.e., CUCET and score more than cutoff. Its form filling starts from nearly mid-February and its exam occurs in mid-June. Reason for preferring this college: This college has very less fees as compared to other colleges also it's a governmental institution. This college had shown great achievements in the following years so I thought I would also get a chance to prove myself there. I got to know about this college from my dad. After a while, I searched about this college on the internet and read articles and reviews about this college on the NDTV website and CollegeDunia website respectively.

I always wanted to be an ethical hacker and continue in my technical carrier. And this course gave me the chance to learn programming languages that were very essential for me to be an ethical hacker. There are about 80-90 faculties in the college and the number of students is about 5000. So you can observe that the faculty: student ratio is not so large. Basically, this is my first year, so I don't know much about other facilities but as much as I researched and learnt from them in online classes they teach very well. Their teaching style is unique. And most importantly they are well-qualified. As you know and the previous year was full of COVID-19 threats but still, they managed to complete the syllabus in time and yes the semester exams were timely. The difficulty of exams was average, you don't need to worry. If you study well you don't have to bother about it, you will clear it definitely.

Many companies like Google, Wipro, Tata Consultancy, etc., offer internships as an intern or consultant, with their respective preferred stipend. Some of the companies offer unpaid internships but you will get a lot of work experience there. You can apply for internships through other mediums too like Internshala or LinkedIn.

From the final year, students become eligible for campus placements. They can attend interviews for placements. Many companies like hp, dell, intel, google, Wipro, etc., visit every year and a lot of offers are made by them. The highest package offered was 44 LPA by Google and the average package offered was 13 LPA by Wipro. Almost 70% of students get on-campus placements. You can apply for off-campus placements too. I had planned to continue my further studies and have post-graduation in any good college in New Delhi which will help my carrier give me an edge as an ethical hacker.

Fees are much less than other colleges. It takes Rs. 65150 for the first year and 60150 in subsequent years. It's very good for poor people for higher studies. Many scholarships are provided, like Merit-cum based scholarship under central schemes and many other scholarships under state governments. Special scholarships are provided for female and disabled students.

Foundation day and Annual fest are celebrated as SPANDAN in the month of February. Lots of co-curricular and social activities occur on that day. A large variety of books and journals of different authors are available in the library. You can take any book and read therein library. Classrooms are well-maintained and hygienic. Benches and desks are well-furnished. Many sports and co-curricular activities are arranged in college at regular intervals. You can take part in them like badminton, table tennis, football, cricket and volleyball in sports and participating in plays, singing, acting and many other activities. There are many social groups like National Service Scheme (NSS), National Cadet Corps. (NCC), Urock Music Club, Aarohi Theater and many other science groups. You can join them and take part in their various programmes and activities.
