Remarks

Locality of the college is very nice and pleasant Science teaching faculty was good Less travelling hours Campus atmosphere Admission was done through cutoffs and i got admitted in ist round of counseling in ist cutoff But the college is little strict as it is a girls college

I like exploring plant diversity and environment so i choose to study botany. Faculty : student ratio - 14:60 All teachers had done Phd and some had their Post docs also Uses various teaching methods like projectors, seminars etc Exams are moderate,depends on how deeply we are prepared for the subjects

Annual fest - Rhapsody conducted in february every year Classrooms are well equipped having projectors in each classroom Annual sports day is celebrated every year,various competitions takes place within or between departments and btw colleges

Sports faculties are good having large football ground, 2 basketball courts, some indoor games as well Wifi works sometimes Library is large and there are different selves for each course and subjects Labs are well equipped

USME DTU Economics Hons review

Placement Experience:

placement and internship fares are regularly conducted on campus where various companies which are mostly start-ups visit to recruit students for internships and entry level roles. Students become eligible for internships from the first year itself. placement opportunities are generally available after the completion of the full degree and only final year. Students are eligible to apply for full-time rules. last during our last internship and placement fair over 20 companies visited and recruited almost 150 candidates.There are no separate records distinguishing internship from placement.The highest package reported for economics honours is around 12 lakhs per annum and the average package is approximately five lakhs per annum.As per my future plans,I intend to pursue a masters degree after completing my undergraduate course.

DTU has a calming effect!

Placement Experience:

For USME, FMCG and Financial companies are the ones which are put in place. The only reason is that those are the companies where we can add value and placements of both courses of USME happens together and combined if I say around 75% students are placed. My plan though is to join GIPE after my graduation ends this year.

DTU USME is as good as it's engineering college.

Placement Experience:

DTU because East campus is more known for USME placements revolve around us. Now core companies of our sectors are the ones that deals with finance, insurance or stocks. So nearly 20-30 companies of that space or sector hires over 100 students of BAE every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I apply for the diploma in pharmacy in this college because at that time I do not have any other option to take admission in another college so I get admission in this college. The curriculum preparation to us for real world application. I suggest that the teacher are much good but please increase number of teachers in college. Teaching methods are good. Frequency and timing of exams along with my perspective on difficulty level is Decent because we get less time to prepare for the exams.

I chose this college because it was an all-girls college. I wanted to go to Miranda, but the cutoff there was too high, and I couldn't make it. The admission process was simple. I have applied to aryabhatta College before Maitreyi College for Women. So comparison to this college Maitreyi colleges stands out on various aspects:- Before 2024 the admission process is entirely dependent on merit list and the cutoffs. But from 2024 the admission process changed and now Cuet Exam is mandatory. A valid score of cuet and 12 th class is required.
