Best college in Mysore. College Management is extremely supportive for students and waive off certain amount of fees for eligible candidates.

Placement Experience

4.5

The college itself is known for its placements. The placement drive is a biggest event here. The placement cell is one of the most hardworking, efficient department here. Companies like HP, Deloitte, JP Morgan,Cisco, Intuit, Infosys and many more visit the campus for placements. Every year almost 100% placements is obtained. The placement cell trains the students will for the hiring process.

College Events

4

There are a lot of cultural events which keeps on going the whole year. Every department conducts its own department fest. There are a lot of events both technical and non-technical. There are inter-college competitions organised by our college, where in the whole Mysore participates. The main college fest "JAYCIANA" is itself described as 'mini-dasara'. It is the biggest cultural event with national and international artists visiting as guests and a lot of events taking place with complete fun and a festive vibe.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Yes, the college provides fees breakdown every year depending on certain situations. Feasible for students with merit seats Fee Structure And Facilities The fee structure is moderate. Neither expensive nor cheap. The fees depends on the mode of entrance. If you are getting admissions through competitive exams, the government prescribed fees (depending on if you are a govt.aided seat or an unaided seat) will be collected. But the management seat donations are a bit expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions The college does not provide separate scholarships. But initiates on the government funded scholarship schemes. The scholarship department is really helpful and do provide good info about the available merit cum means based scholarships.

Campus Life

5

The college is totally ragging-free, discrimating-free and is promoting a mature society. There are no barriers between students of any domain. Considering extracurricular activities, there are a lot of it organised by individual clubs. There are a lot of student clubs both technical and non-technical which recruit students and conduct a lot of competitions. There is equal opportunity for both boys and girls and the gender ratio differs from branch to branch. The institution also has the reputation of academic, excellence in professionally oriented programs, and equal proficiency in extra-curricular activities, that makes it a lucrative option for students from all over the country, especially those staying in the remote places eyeing at an engineering seat. Acknowledging the state of the art infrastructural facilities, faculties and expertise, that have been the hallmarks of the college, the Visvesvaraya Technological University has conferred the Autonomous status to the college from the year 2007-08

Hostel Facilities

4

Yes, I've opted for hostol facilities. Annual charges - 80000-90000 Rs, including food. Hostel Rooms are clean and hygenic. Hostel facilities are good, Not the best, but good enough. It is economical and inside the campus. Food quality in hostel is good and hygenic. Other alternatives would be done PG/flat nearby, but traveling will be a problem, unless you own a two wheeler or a cycle, they aren't that economical compared to hostel

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni of this college are the best connection you can have. It will definitely help you for your placements. The seniors are never hesitant to guide their juniors. All the students are well behaved. The network of senior students help the coming junior to get into the professional career successfully.

lacements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology Placements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology are decent overall, with stronger outcomes for CS-related branches and moderate but reliable opportunities for core branches like Chemical Engineering. ???? Common Recruiters (Across Branches) TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini IBM L&T Deloitte (limited roles) ???? Core / Chemical-Related Opportunities L&T Reliance (limited roles) Schneider Electric Saint-Gobain Some manufacturing, quality, and operations-based companies Core chemical companies visit in limited numbers, so many Chemical Engineering students also sit for IT, analytics, and operations roles. ????
