Vijaya College Placement 2023
The Placement and Career Counseling cell has been set up in the college for the benefit of the students. The main objective of the cell is to provide the much-needed life skills to students and help them to find job placements. To keep pace with the present stiff competition, the placement cell has undertaken several measures like organizing seminars, mock interviews, soft skills, communicative skills, personality development, corporate culture/etiquette and leadership skills to the final year students. The college has integrated Career Counseling with the Placement cell. I had applied for Christ university bangalore but my seat didn't get allotted in bangalore branch I got seat in delhi & pune branch. So my told me to apply in vijaya college and I got seat there. In vijaya college you can get direct admission no need of any eligibility exams.

admission process is very easy,one can find the admission form on website as well as in office itself ,after filling the form they will ask generel questions only like why you choose BILS ,and the admission is direct admission

- The students commities are great along with good infrastructure for students to play sports like cricket. Lectuers are very encouraging towards the students.
- Lecturers are very friedly and encourage students to ask doubts.
Dislikes
- The canteen is dirty and food is over priced.
- Placements are lacking and more career oriented training must be provided to the students.
Admission:
Admission is first come first serve basis. Applications are available from the next day of the 2nd PUC (Karnataka Board) results. The scholarship is available for students who score above 85% in the 2nd PUC exams. There are no application fees. The college comes under Bengaluru City University and the semester exams are conducted twice a year, around March and September. The exams are at a medium to easy level.

I wanted to do my Bcom in a decent college so I chose Vijaya Evening College. The admission is quite easy. There are 150 seats and it will be filled based on a first come first serve basis. I got a discount on fees of Rs. 2000 as I got pretty good marks in my 12th.

Our Vijaya college offers various courses like BCom, BBA, BCA, ba and BSc and pg courses etc There is no entrance exam for BSc and BCA I took 2 days for admission just simply by giving documents which have to submit for admission

Eligibility for the Bachelor of Computer Application course is PCMB,PCMC[Science] and Commerce which deals with Computer Science and they need to Score More than 60% and the application form is provided in College Office, for improvement that i want to see in the Admission process is to provide the Application form for the students also through online.

Vijaya College, Jayanagar can be considered as one of the best colleges for middle-class families in Bengaluru. It has many goods aspects like good teaching, well-behaved students, a good environment for students to improve themselves both physically and mentally in all aspects. Some of the bad aspects can be that when one might read that the teaching is in fact good, the faculty are sometimes not that support to students. They fulfil their basic condition of teaching the students in a classroom situation and nothing more than that and some other bad aspects can be that there are not many extra or co-curricular activities, it is only conducted once a year. They are too focussed on studies and exams which might induce too much stress on students. The college accepts students on a first come first serve basis. The applicant is provided with a form which he/she has to fill and submit it and the admin asks the applicant to appear on a different date to pay the fees.
