Respected and proud university with promising history of good results and talented students. Renowned university all over the world and with a good infrastructure for studies as well as self published books for needy.

Course Curriculum Overview

A course with lots of openings and options. A very few but talented faculties but with larger student fraction. Standard exam questions with 6 semester in total.

A master degree or another higher study course is what is suggested as well as government job exams. Lab based works as well as teaching professions are also suggested.

College Events

Social life is good; library, gym, common rooms and a small cafetaria. Friendly neighborhood and helpful professors. Occasional seminars and sometimes festivals.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Standard fee protocol and affordable. Goverment aided scholarships provided. The laboratory based subs have an exponentially high fee though, than the other non lab courses.

Admission

I faced PI on the basis of marks and few subject related questions as well as some previous academic background question and preferences of the subject with reasons.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus of the course is pretty nice with diversified subjects alsong with specialization subjects in the 3rd and 4th semester. Some compulsory subjects include Tagore Studies and Basics of Communication. The course also includes Development Communication, Online media, Journalism, Gender studies, Advanced Audio Visual Production. The department is well equipped a mac lab but it only have 5 macs. The curriculum also includes Design, UIUX, Graphics design etc, and the curriculum is continuously updating with moden media teachings. The curriculum mostly prepare us for Academic Purposes than Industry.

SAJC - From The Eye of a Student.

There was only 3 better colleges I couldn't apply to. They were St.Xaviers Kolkata, Goenka and Maulana Azad. Seth Anandram Jaipuria College is among the top 5 colleges and is well known. It is also the best college in North Kolkata, some might not agree to me though. The deciding factors for me were very low fees, decent quality teachers, and the most important, quality of crowd and reputation of the college.
