Remarks

The Teachers are supportive and encouraging, campus is well maintained, Lab facilities are good. The administration process was smooth and the people I talked to spoke highly of the institute. A few of my friends also selected this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because it provides diversity in regards to job fields. The faculty faculty ratio stands at a healthy rate around 1:5. The faculty is well qualified to teach aspiring engineers and thiers teaching methods are apt and progressive as well as inclusive to the introverts in class. Term exams were fairly difficult to pass.

Students usually become eligible for placements from 7th semester. Our college provides Central campusing, so campusing happens at Techno Main campus in Salt Lake. A number of large companies, E.g:- TCS, Infosys, BYJU's etc visit and provide with a variety of opportunities to aspirants.

College Events

The college has an annual fest named Equinox held usually around February-March. The library has a wide variety of books and journals available to support the needs of all students of all years. All classrooms are provided with proper lighting, fans for cooling but there are no AC's in classrooms. The college has a cricket and football teams that participate in inter-college events and some students are involved in scouting activities and a few run their own NGO.

The campus includes a open field for outdoor sports, games room for indoor sports, a large auditorium for lectures and seminars, a big library and well maintained and large classrooms and laboratories. The campus also includes a Large workshop where industrials practices are taught.

Placement Experience:

The Students here can apply for CDC Placements in Final Year and if I tell about B.Tech. Specifically then in 7th Semester of their course. Many prominent companies visit here for recruiting the brilliant minds like Google, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Intel, Qualcomm, Samsung, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, IBM, Texas Instruments, Tata Steel, L&T, Bajaj Auto, Flipkart, American Express, Infosys, Wipro, PwC....and many more. There isn't any data provided by our institute to us stating of the highest and average package by particular comapanies and the profiles offered. But I can tell you of my department's 2023-24 CDC Placement drive: We had the highest no. of offers that is 128. Highest offer made was 1.4Cr INR pa and Median and average package offered were 21-22 lakhs pa and 25-26 lakhs pa respectively. almost 87% students had got placed in the last placement season. The 2024-25 Placement season isn't over now, but till Dec 2 2024, again we had the highest no. of offers that is 20. If I talk about my future plans, I want to go into reasearch in VLSI Industry in future as the VLSI is Tech of the future.

I choose this college cause it is near my house and one of friends recommended me. I didn't applied to other colleges cause I knew I will be get selected and the financial condition of my house is not so good. Eligibilty of the course is 60 percent in with maths in 12th and needed to sit and get a rank in wbjee .Admission process is too much sothing you have to just come in college with the required fees admission fees is approx 96,000 in first sem you can deposit it in 6 month in half half amout.And in next sem approx 85000 is needed per sem till 4 year.Admission process is easy they will cooperate with you.you can get the form in admission dpartment.Areas of improvement is mainly if fees isn't paid in 6 month then yo will not be allowed to sit in exams....Read More

They give admission through wbjee and jee main exams . In wbjee your rank have to under 30000 . For CSE you rank should be under 21000 . In betech admission wbjee and jee main have their own admission portal only you have to fill up the form and which college you prefer. And you can also get admission directly with donation .
