Teachers are very well skilled and they know their subject very well. Highly qualified and knowledgeable staff. Satisfied with the course curriculum. Although it contains a few new updates but every year some changes are been added to the curriculum which is making the course curriculum valuable. The fests are good. Campus surroundings and extracurricular activities are very good. The infrastructure is very amazing. The classes are very well ventilated. The practical labs also include all the latest stuff. The ground is so big and lavish. The canteen is not that good. It needs some improvements in the sitting area and food also. The library is so vast and contains all the latest books on your subject. The auditorium is amazing.

Microbiology is one of the best options and nowadays almost everyone is familiar with this course. Microbiology will always be relevant for health sciences and create numerous medical advancements in terms of understanding disease. With a major in microbiology, I am able to pursue the medical laboratory sciences program, and turn scientific projects into a career. Faculty to student ratio is 1:4 Qualification of faculty: p.hd The teaching method is nice but it may vary from student to student. Exams are all timely. There are a total of 6 semesters and were all on time and to pass the exam is not too difficult if u are fully concentrated on the teacher during the classes. And if will attend all the lectures.

College is offering a minimum of one/two month(s) to maximum one-year training/Internship to students from various institutes, university departments, and colleges according to their field of interest. A nominal amount of fees would be charged from the applicant on a case-to-case basis towards the recurring items and chemicals required for the project.

Around 30-40% got placement in our batch from our college. The average package was around 2-3 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Wipro, TCS, etc. Amazon also came during our placement, but the post was not related to our field. None of the students got internships in any company. But students get a chance to work with our professors during summer/winter breaks. Being a Computer Science student most of us wanted placements, but the package was not good that's why the job option was taken by only 1-2 students, mostly opted for higher studies. The placement cell was there but it was not that active.

Couse fee for microbiology students for the first year is Rs. 15620. According to the reports, DU hiked the fee for both undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses. The application fee hike is not taken positively by the OBC category candidates as they are planning a campaign at a wider level. According to reports, students are planning a mass mail campaign against the latest application fee hike. The campaign will talk about the challenges that an OBC candidate faces and how it is difficult to sustain with the fee hike.
