The college has a 100% placement record The crowd here is great It is a highly valuable college tag for your resume Provide good opportunities to learn and grow Research opportunities are plenty Internship and placement companies arriving here are plenty

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is great, up to industry standards. The course is revamped periodically to keep up with the changes The faculty is great with several Ph.D. teachers teaching courses Exams are conducted twice every semester and the level of difficulty is moderate to high

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

For internships, several banks and tech companies came on campus with stipends ranging from 20k per month to 70k per month. The roles they came for were mainly software engineering intern, business analyst, technology consultant, cybersecurity consultant, a technology analyst, and so on

Students become eligible for internship placements in their 5th semester and for full-time placements in the 7th semester Several top companies visit the campus such as Microsoft, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Samsung, Barclay's, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, Pwc, Fractals, Reliance Jio, Infosys, TCS, and so on Average packages lie in the range of 10 lakhs per annum (CTC) The college has a very high placement rate of above 90%

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are quite moderate ranging from 65-80k per year for general category students For reserved/news quota etc there are significant reductions in the fee structure Several government scholarships are also available for those who satisfy the requirements (financial and merit-based)

The technical festival Technovanza is conducted every year in December Apart from this, there is the cultural festival Pratibimb, the sports festival Enthusia both of which are conducted in December too Library facilities are great and the library has been recently renovated There are plenty of other social groups from literature to entrepreneurship to coding clubs to robotics Clubs and so on

“Golden Days of PICT College Life”

Course Curriculum Overview:

Electronics and telecommunication engineering is best branch. And there is also best teaching of hardware as well as software and also in which attendance is mandatory. They shows how to use the academics with real world applications. By taking hardware practicals. I think no need of improvement but i gives improvement in attendance. Please don't take attendance mandatory.

Not a dream college but a best college that is unexpected

Placement Experience:

There are total 8 semister for college placement from 8 semester students become eligible for campus placements The company that visit my college are TCS , ZEPTO etc The average package of my college is 5 lacs and the highest package is upto 13 lacs in future it has more chances to grow up The placement are dependent of the companies that visit with their criteria. My plan is to improve my skills and to place in a good company with a good package.

Placement on campus are less but yes students get placed every year you just have mentain a good cgpa and have some skill to get placed on campus while college also help to get placed off campus. the avg package is like 800000 while the highest is 1500000

SPIT- The most amazing 4 years of your life!

Placement Experience:

After semester 6 students are eligible for campus placements. Some of the top companies visited are phonepay, Morgan Stanley, JPMorganchase, Deutsche Bank, cashrich , nomura . The highest package offered is 35 lakhs and average package is 14 lakhs. Till now the placement percentage is 100 percent. My plan is to appear for placements after 6th sem.

My College Life Experience

I Actually don't applied for any other college my preference from first was VJTI only however I do add SPIT on my 2nd preference I don't get rejected I just choose VJTI because it has a great background than any other college also it's location is quite good to get admission students must give an exam name mht cet which is Maharashtra state common entrance test through which they get admission in my course and many other once result is out the admission has to be done through cap round cutoff for my course is between 95-99%+ile depends on various factors like reservation and etc etc overall admission process takes some days but it is worthy...Read More

Detailed and Honest Review of VJTI - One of The Oldest Engineering Colleges in India.

Talking about other colleges I applied for, I registered for JOSAA and CSAB both. Through JOSAA I got the IIT Dharwad, since I got the BS plus MS programm there I regestered for CSAB, through CSAB I secured seat into iiit Bhopal cse. Because it is a newly established iiit, it does have poor facilities. Then through CAP counselling I got seat at VJTI. Then Ieft iiit Bhopal and joined VJTI. Today I think that, the decision taken by me was absolutely right. Apart from this I also applied for IIST Thiruvananthpuram but due to my 12th board score I could not make it. As IIST has a criteria that student should secure minimum 75% in board exams. IIST does not have 20%ile criteria where all iits,nits and gftis has....Read More

To do engineering in Maharashtra, MH-CET is compulsory and every student here has come that way. Rank of 3000-4500 is enough for general category students to secure admission in VJTI's E&TC branch.
