Remarks

VJTI is one of the best institutes for engineering students. Placements, Hostels, Extra-Curricular activities- all these factors were considered while selecting this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum content is up to the mark. Also, there is a wide range of knowledgeable faculty member. Teachers make the session interactive and are always open to clarify doubts and explain things again. They give us hands-on practical experience and equips us with the right knowledge and skillsets.

Placement Experience

TPO headed by the faculty members helps batch students with their final placements and internships. The placement procedure is quite smooth. Around 15% of students are placed in various companies this year. The average placement offered is from 5-6 LPA and can go up to 10 LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The course fee is around Rs 85000/- per year for regular admission now. The college has very good ethics and spends a lot on students' welfare. It is definitely worth the money. The course fee is a little higher for NRI quota seats. It can be looked up easily on the college website.

Campus Life

One of the best features of this institute is its campus. This institute has the biggest campus I have ever seen. It has 3 playgrounds, netlab, Study space, libraries, etc. Also, there are various cultural fests one can be a part of it.

Interview Experience

There was no interview or test of any kind. Admission was on basis of HSC marks. The institutes' cut-off was quite high, so some students might find it difficult to get admission in this college. Apart from CAP rounds, there is no other admission process.

COEP Technological University through my eyes.

Placement Experience:

Good placements are offered by this college. Top companies like Tata Motors, Bajaj, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Wipro pari, etc. Average placement for mechanical branch is about 9lpa while that for computer and entc goes up to 15lpa.

My College Life Experience

I Actually don't applied for any other college my preference from first was VJTI only however I do add SPIT on my 2nd preference I don't get rejected I just choose VJTI because it has a great background than any other college also it's location is quite good to get admission students must give an exam name mht cet which is Maharashtra state common entrance test through which they get admission in my course and many other once result is out the admission has to be done through cap round cutoff for my course is between 95-99%+ile depends on various factors like reservation and etc etc overall admission process takes some days but it is worthy...Read More

Detailed and Honest Review of VJTI - One of The Oldest Engineering Colleges in India.

Talking about other colleges I applied for, I registered for JOSAA and CSAB both. Through JOSAA I got the IIT Dharwad, since I got the BS plus MS programm there I regestered for CSAB, through CSAB I secured seat into iiit Bhopal cse. Because it is a newly established iiit, it does have poor facilities. Then through CAP counselling I got seat at VJTI. Then Ieft iiit Bhopal and joined VJTI. Today I think that, the decision taken by me was absolutely right. Apart from this I also applied for IIST Thiruvananthpuram but due to my 12th board score I could not make it. To do engineering in Maharashtra, MH-CET is compulsory and every student here has come that way. Rank of 3000-4500 is enough for general category students to secure admission in VJTI's E&TC branch.
