Remarks

it was great. no bad remark. people strive to go there.

Course Curriculum Overview

yes. there was conceptual study. students get to research on new projects. it was totally fair. they introduced technology with maths by making us chose subjects related to computer. as it is a digital era so that was quuite important i think. study was based on concept clearing methods.

Placement Experience

4.5

no doubts in saying that placement was definitely great. i myself got placed. the instituution really helps in conducting the interviews for the students.

College Events

4.5

events were organised on a big scale. there is a festival named rendezvous celebrated every year on a grand scale. celebreties from film industry come there. there uused to be a huge crowd. people from other colleges attend the festival. technical and cultural festivals also were celebrated.

Fee Structure And Facilities

it was reasonable. there was no additional fee chargeable. college provide transparency and breakdown. it was same for every one. to secure admission it is youur knowledge only. as it is a centre funded instituution so the fee structure was reasonable and fair.

Fees and Financial Aid

i did not get any scholarship. but it was there . but i dont remember now as it was long back.so cant say.

Campus Life

campus life was great. it was both fun and study. sports equiupment was provided. gender ratio is 7:1 (boys: girls). workshops keep happening. college and hostel parties were orgainsed in a good way. politics was not the part. people were educted so no question of race and gender

Hostel Facilities

yes. hostel rooms were good. cleanliness was there. everyone who get admission is provided with the hostel. so no pg was there at my time. hostel mess was good. proper care was taken to meet everyone;'s food habbits.

Alumni/Alumna

alumni programmes keep happening every year. but being busy I am not able to attend any of them.

Admission

i liked maths. iit delhi is of course a reputed institution. who dont want to go. i cleared the entrance luckily. I prepared hard and got admission in msc maths. there i spent 2 years. i had a great exposure. students were from all states. got to know new things from them. it was great.

Faculty

4.5

faculty was ofcourse good as it is not easy for someone to get placed in such a big institution. numbber of lectuures were 5-6 a day. teachers were humble. they were available all the time for the students. one can go anytime to clear his doubts. as my course was more theoretical so there was not much industry experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is MSC operations research, which is a very vast and deep course. It goes deep into understanding business operations and providing the businesses with best quality steps. There were real life projects which have helped me alot in understanding difficult topics. If there could be more projects it would have been more helpful for studies. The exams level is moderate to difficult, have to study hard to perform good in tests/exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

Campus placements are must here as we may not have higher degrees like other engineering college students. But we are younger and more enthusiastic and also we have the skillsets which has been taught to us at our college. A salary of 30 to 40 thousand is offered to us at the initial placements from our college.
