Remarks
For this particular course, University just offers 3 options. While other two are Co-Ed, this is the only Women's college. It was second in my preference list, because it seemed better than the third (Maharshi Valmiki) and was nearer to my place.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course was amazing and insightful. Except a countable few, most faculties carried general discussions in class which were remotely related to the topics. General discussions are fine but the course required more close reading which couldn't happen.
Placement Experience
The placement cell in the previous years wasn't very active and not a lot of schools came up. However this year, they did work hard and got some of us placed. But due to Corona things went hay wire. This year Heritage, Rukhmini Devi were some schools that came up.
College Events
College encourages participation in In- college and inter- college activities of all kinds. Societies are active too! Our course had a lot of hours devoted to academics leaving us with zero time to participate in any event. However, departmental parties, exhibitions and competitions were organised.
Campus Life
To someone who wasn't coming from a very good college of DU, this college appeared better anyday. The buildings, library, medical room etc are good. Gym and open gym were just about fine. Girls common room could have been more ventilated and better, it wasn't good at all.
