This college provides one of the best faculty members for B.Ed and pedagogically diffeent aspects and dimensions are covered. They have a fair selection process through entrance exam. And placement facility is provided during final year. Internships are provided and recognised as well.Sufficient resources are provided by the department. And techers are cordial and helpful for every single thing that affects the student whether in terms of resources or travelling issues.

Curriculum- The curriculum is designed by the Education Department and Directorate of Education. Sufficient information is provided through this curriculum starting form practical knowledge to theoretical knowledge. The course is designed in a way that the first year is full of theoretical knowledge with an observation period and 2nd year is full of internship in government or private school to get a better opportunity to explore and to understand the real-time need that is possible to get for a future teacher. Academics - There subjects are covered some are common for every student and some are not common. The uncommon subjects are based on the student's previous subjects and also on which they are comfortable. Besides the courses, other explorative fields are attached to the academics to give a betterr understanding of various other related or dependent aspects of teaching. Faculties- Amazing faculty. Most of the teachers are diligent with their work and pay full attention towards each and students. They are easily approachable for every studnets. The students under PWD category are taken special care by the teachers for resources and other material and requirement related to them.

Internship in Laxman Public School and Government Senior Secondary School, Paschim Vihar under my B.ed as a part of our curriculum. No stipend as it was a compulsory task for B.ed students. The schools are selected based on the students subject to object and travelling distances.

The placement or job opportunity is done by the placement cell of the college. Coordinated by department teachers and students. According to the vacancies in a nearby school or the school who are in touch or collaborated with the college for fresher teacher. Students get a good opportunity to have a chance to be a part of reputed schools through this placement. But the final decision is based on the school department and also by the approval of department teachers related to particular subjects.

Campus life is fine. As the college provides few courses, the crowd is less. Extracurricular activities are there like sports, recitation, feast and students management is good. They have good command over the resources that are available. During event and feast, a special guest is invited who are the important personality of our country like in 2019, PRANAB MUJKERJEE visited the college for a college event.

Scholarships are provided to the Students who are under PWD category. Scholarship are provided to the topper students of differnet courses. Collge has a bank who provides loan facilities to the required students on certain ground and approval from the department.

Campus infrastructure is good. Suffucient resources are available. Facilities like an auditorium, canteen are in good condition. The college environment is very quiet and greenary is all over it. Management is good during events and function. Studnets are teachers are very helpful to each other and togetherly they do the things beautifully. But yes for PWD category, few things can be done like availability of computer and others.
