Remarks

In university of Delhi there are only 4 colleges for B. Ed. course in which one college only for home science subject. Among 3 colleges I gave prefernce to this college because it has only 50 seats means less the student teacher ratio better the teaching, second thing is it's a girl college and last one is nearest to my home.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is totally practical based. They gave us visits to different schools, NGos, and other places for our better understanding. EPC was also there for our skill development. All facilities were good. They were ready to help. Tutorials were also there for Individual and unique learning experience and one-on-one attention.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Internships Opportunities

My internship was in a Government school but I didn't get any stipend there.

Placement Experience

Different esteemed schools visit to the collegen many students get placed from there and the salary they get 50k for the post of PGT and we also get notification regarding vacancies in schools where we can apply. Some students started there own couching centre as a startup after this course.

College Events

Every type of extra curriculum activity, events happens in the college The college conducts activities such as sports, NSS, NCC and other ECAs. These societies are active throughout the year and organize competitions, seminars, conferences and workshops at college/inter-college levels.

Campus Life

It consists of biggest auditorium of DU. Library was also good. There was nerwork issues. Full security for girls. Different vocational courses are also available. Only college who offers B. El. ED and B. Ed. Have gym, play ground.

my best decision for my enjoyment

Placement Experience:

The college provide very good placement after the second year, provided student should not have any backlogs. The average package that my last year senior received around 4.3 lpa. Many of the reputed IT companies had vistied my campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

Summary of IIT-D

Placement Experience:

The placements are in good terms, many students get a placement with nice package. Students become eligible for campus placements from 3rd Semester. TCS made about 7 offers as far as I know. One can expect the highest package of 2.5crore and an average of 200000. About 80% of students gets placement because of the skills they learned wheres the rest 20% are only at college to do mischievous acts. After getting the degree, I will find a job and then after enough capital I will start my own startup.

SPMCW is Special!!

I applied at colleges such as LSR and Gargi purely because they were also girls colleges and are above ranked than my college. In DU though a proper merit system works and in that merit my score couldn't get admission in those two colleges.
