Remarks

To be true this is destiny which take me here. But now being part of IHE is a great feeling. The thing I like about IHE is the teachers & of course my friends. College campus isn't that attractive. My only reason for being the part of IHE is low score in boards.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is quite good. It wasn't that hectic. You have plenty number of theory class as well as practical classes for the same topics. So if you are regular you will not going to face any problem. The faculty here is very supportive just like school one. Exception are always there but some are really very nice like Dr. Renu Gulati, Megha Garg, Dr. Ritu

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 28890 per year

Placement Experience

There is a placement cell in the college name EMINENCE. They are well active. Time to time they will provide internship offers. Also we have have a internship fair in our college. And if I have to talk about job then for a good job you have to first do msc then have many good opportunities like a dietician in a reputed hospital, policy maker for human development, Ngo head, interior designer, fashion designer, research scientist etc.

College Events

Campus life is good. But can be best if our college has some additional facilities. College host many fest, cultural as well as departmental fest. Some of them are really very interesting. College Cultural fest is Feria.

Campus Life

Campus infrastructure really need to be changed. It is not good at all. There is no auditorium in the college. Also you will going to face network issues at every corner of college. WiFi isn't that good but still you can survive near GCR. For sports there is basement area. There is a good library I can say.

Hostel Facilities

I am a day scholar so I don't know about hostel facility but you can easily get a Phone near to the college. Most of my college friends live in those pg's. They are quite good and affordable. You can have both single as well as sharing rooms.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements begin in final or fourth year. So from 7th semester students become eligible for on campus placement.From 5th semester or 3rd year students are eligible for on campus internships with very good package. In Nsut all top companies like Google, microsoft ,adobe, amazon, flipkart and many more visit.Around 300 companies visit each year. Highest package in 2024 is 83lpa in cse branch and 18 lpa average.In cse placement percentage is 70%, and in ee it is lower around 40%.

NSUT- A rollercoaster but definitely must have experience.

My choice for B.Sc. Hons Food Technology in this college was not due to limited options but instead of that I knew what career choices I wanted to make for the life that I manifest. The Institute of Home Economics- new but a legacy soon

It was not like that I wasn't getting admission in other colleges except this one but the chice that I made was majorly due to the career planning that I had done in the early stages. I chose this college because of the advanced facilities it provide and also it is easier to commute for me to the college and back to my home and vice versa. Everything you needaa know about your college.

I chose this college as it it ranked in the top 3 amongst the other 8 DU colleges which has this course. Also, the location i find it too convinient for me.
