I want to be a theoretical physicist for that I was searching a science research institute then I come across IISERs then I searched more about IISER on google and then after consulting with parents, teachers and friends I found IISER the best choice for me.
Course Curriculum Overview
IISERs have scientist as professor who teach the students for nearly 1 hour for 3 days in week. IISER Mohali is more famous and reputation for Biological Science but as I am doing Major in Physics I can say that faculties of Physics department is also very good. Chemistry department has also some very nice faculties like Dr. Debashis Adhikari.
Placement Experience
There is an Ecell in the college to promote Enterpreneurship among the students but no placement cell in the college as administration doesn't want to establish any placement cell in the college as the main aim of IISER is to produce scientists.
College Events
IISER Mohali celebrates many cultural and festivals during the whole year like Diwali, Holi, Christmas, Independence Day, Republic Day etc. There is also an annual fest in the college in the month of March. It is the largest event of the college in which large number of participants from other colleges also participate.
