Remarks

Teaching, faculties and other technical activities along with placement records and faculties of the college. The interdisciplinary portion of the college is too good. High rated multinational companies come here to take students.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the courses are newly organized according to the current curriculum.For higher studies some important subject are also delivered by the lecturers. Besides the college curriculum courses so many international chapters are there in some department like IEEE EDS,IEEE COMSOC and so many in other departments civil, cse.

All the multinational companies come for recruitment like TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, CTS, CAPGEMINI, Microsoft and intel as internship program if performance is well during internship then full time job offered

College Events

Fantastic campus life, biggest technical fest- PARIDIHI, CULTURAL FEST- ADVAYA and so many other extracurricular activities like sports- meghnad Saha Soccer league, meghnad Saha cricket league, different rotoract events also are there.

I haven't availed any scholarships or loan facility but there is a facility for some students with the scholarship given by college and also loan and tfw section is there for students

Campus Life

A good campus architecture, along with well decorated laboratory, workshop hall, seminar halls for every department.Computer labs are air conditioned. Civil and mechanical department workshop lab are well settled.

Hostel Facilities

No I haven't but the college doesn't have hostel itself. There are third party hostels where max outsiders live there. Hostels facilities are much better in the previous years and also food and other needs are also good

My Experience at TPI as a 3rd Year Diploma Undergrad

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good. Big names are associated with TPI for campus placements. But for Computer Science students, very few companies arrive, that too with very less salaries. (not worth it). It is generally reccomendable if you can do a Btech is come college and work on your skills there, your employbility gets higher. Highest package from Computer Science is 20 LPA (off-campus) and lowest package is 1.8 LPA (on-campus). Generally on campus placements range from 2 to 3 LPA.

Niper Kolkata: from starting to end

Placement Experience:

2nd year students are eligible for the campus placement. Sai, Hetero, mendine, dr. Reddys etc companies visities for the campus placement. Offers ranges from 5-12 lpa. 60% students gets placed, 10% goes for higher studies and others get job off campus in my department. Other departments has 100% placement. My plans are pHd from Niper as it provides vast knowledge and instrumental exposure.

NIT Durgapur:-A wholesome Insight in the college life and it's different aspects

Placement Experience:

For campus placements student become eligible from the 7th semester onwards and for internships student get eligible from 5th semester onwards. Wide no of companies visited our campus around 180+ and made around 580+ offers to the students. The highest salary was 58LPA which was offered by DE Shaw and the highest accepted salary was 51LPA in Microsoft.The average package rolls roughly around 10-12 LPA.The profile offered include SDE roles, management roles,finance in some cases.The overall placement percentage was around 80% with Branches like electrical and metallurgy moving above 90% followed by CSE and ECE in the mid 80s while for biotech and civil the placement percentage are generally below 70.My plans after getting the degree is to land a job offer from on campus placements.Therefafter maybe look out for and MBA from top B schools of india.

placement is very good in this college many tech giants vist the campus such as google microsoft delloite apple tata steels, thhe average package is about 16 lpa highest is 80lpa approx 148 companes visted this year and total offer for cse is 157 out of 190

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

I got this college by counselling as per my WBJEE rank. This was the best college I got according to my rank and was very good.
