Remarks

Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies is considered to be one of the top colleges in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for BBA. It is ranked as 2nd in GGSIPU. It provides better campus life from the first ranked college and also good exposure opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers are friendly and helpful. They are friendly and supportive, you just need the quality to differentiate yourself from other students. Teaching quality is good in some subjects you can feel that teacher is not good enough. Curriculum is good and suitable.

Placement Experience

Since, BBA is a course from which you don't expect big salary packages. Moreover, the placement cell is not good enough to lure big companies. This course is basically related to management, so you can expect for posts of a manager in any department. WIPRO, DELOITTE are one of the companies that visit campus for recruitment.

College Events

This college organises one annual fest which I personally don't find that good. Many societies organize many fests from time to time. Seminars and guest lectures are organized by college from time to time which can be really informative.

Campus Life

MAIMS and MAITs both share same campus which turns out to be a good point. The campus is great and best among all the ipu colleges, where you have five canteens. Food options are good and taste is okay. There is only boys hostel in the campus. Classrooms are air conditioned and good.

My Honest review of VMMC Delhi

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MBBS curriculum is mostly standard, but its relevance is super high because of the massive patient load at SJH. That clinical exposure is the key thing that prepares you for both real life and NEET PG later—that’s why I chose VMMC. Improvements? We need less lecturing and more interactive case discussions and maybe more emphasis on research. Exams are non-stop, seriously! We have internals/semester exams every 3-4 months. They are tough (50% passing), but they force you to study well for the final big Proffs. It’s tiring, but it works.

Placement Experience:

As I am 1st year student i don't know much about it but most probably placement starts in third year. Well known companies reach out to our college for placement. Avg package would be around 6-7 lpa. 80% of our students easily get placed. My plan is to open a business in my upcoming future.

A Detail Review from a student who has both Online and Offline Experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

When I was studying, students were doubling down to study Software engineering, no matter which stream they belong too. But now, Electronics and Communication has become an important area to study as it holds promosing carreer options in the age of AI where we need Chips and hardware design, server management. People in mechanical engineering can excel if they focus on building something rather than just studying. In order to prepare for real world applications, one has to do a lot of things rather than sticking to only one persuit. I don't have much to suggest something in course carriculam and this college has best teaching methods regardless what they are taught. Students have ample time to do things they like in every semister. Studying for nearly 2 weeks before sessional exams and 1 month before final exams is enough and rest of the time can be dedicated into building something important.

Placement Experience:

The unique selling point of this college would be placement. Big companies come here for hiring and take a bunch if students among them, the students who have completed their first year are eligible to sit in placement Companies like Delloite, Black Rock, loreal, Federal Bank, MRF, and many more visit every year for placement with an average package of 8 to 9 lakhs. The highest package one student got is 33 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is 80-100 percent, depending on the time. My plans after my degree are the same as many students to get placed in a good company with a good package
