Remarks

Because of its better facilities and i really want to join this college because my professor's suggest it for me. So i am took survey for it and then i find it is best for me. On this survey, i focuses on main points that is required for me i.e. education level, technical clubs, social clubs and events.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is good. We have highly educated professor's and they teach us very well.our syllabus is too old but now they are working to improve it and they are doing well. In lab they give us practical knowledge, where they share their experiences also. And it is too interesting.

Class Size: 127Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Actually i am interned as a graphics designer in mycampusstore and internshala student partner in ISP 15 batch and currently i am campus business manager. All this internships doesn't give any stipend.

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunity are increased. Like, This year 58 students got placed in Infosys. Most of the students placed in good companies with a great package. For eg. Average package of 4-5 Lakhs

College Events

Campus life is very well.and we organise various event's -The Biggest and old event of our college is "techFEST" which focuses on the technical area.Another one is "Madhuram- Cultural Fest". Another one is Social Fest which works on social development.

Campus Life

It is really good.we have wifi facility, more than 2 sports ground, 2 lawn tennis court,4 valley ball court, 1 cricket ground,2 basketball court,2 football court and indoor badminton court. Where as we have more courts in our hostels and we have 10 hostels for boys and 4 for girls. Lab equipments are well established

Hostel Facilities

The hostel infrastructure is very well. There is a 10- boys hostels and 4-girls hostel. Some of the hostels are old and some are new. Every hostel has a capacity of 200-250 students. And i live in hostel no. 10 and it is very well. 8t has best food facility, sports(t.t room,badiminton court,volley ball court and tv room etc.)

Pros and Cons of LPU

Placement Experience:

In our course in bsc agriculture the placement is not that much that much good but in other courses like B.tech CSE in that courses there are the very high placements one of our senior get 2.5 CR package from LPU and one of our senior also get 3 crore package this is highest package and the average package of B.tech CSE is 5 to 10 lakh If the campus is not offering placement to me I will go for government exams or going for entrepreneurship also offers good package but not that much good the bsc agriculture sector wants needs more improve improvement in placement cell yeah that's all but if a person wants to do semester exchange also in foreign countries so over University will also provide some guidance to him and they will support the students to go for an exchange for foreign semester exchange programs and there are two many things also

The placements at LPU are decent, the University provides placements to almost every student. The placement cell here is really very active. More than 1000 companies visit LPU during placement drives providing average package of 6-7LPA in CSE field. The highest package recorded was 2.5 crore from robotics and automation and 64 LPA in CSE department. 99% of students at LPU get placed. My plan after getting the degree is to join the corporate and work as a SDE or AI/ML engineer at MNC.

However some units feel outdated and could be revised to match the latest industry standards . I applied in sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology in first seven round but I got electronic engineering which I didn't want, so I waited for special round and then I got Computer science. I am in general so I didn't get any quota for admission but obc and sc st have quota in the college. To get into sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology, you have to give entrance exam and the cut off of the college generally goes around 130-140 for general category.
