Remarks
The institute is close to my house. And it's convenient enough cycling to college. The one plus point to this college is if you don't get elsewhere here is your last spot. More to say labs are of good standard only if the things workout out well.
Course Curriculum Overview
No we weren't provided with any kind or industrial experience except student chapter like ASME or ISHRAE. The faculties are good enough with exceptions prevailing all the way. Manish Mukherjee is a very very excellent good professor once you have learnt from him I bet all of your concepts are going to get cleared.
Placement Experience
It's seriously very poor. The core branches have extremely worse placement records. Filled with IT companies and are miniscule spec of salesman jobs.
College Events
There are no such social life here except saraswati or Vishwakarma Puja also which links your connection to Mechanical or Civil department and fest and freshers are there but don't expect much pomp and show there. Once a year you may have a departmental football or cricket match and once a year you will have Meghnad Saha Football Tournament and Meghnad Saha Cricket Tournament where politics is in that level hardly any newcomer will get a fair chance.
Campus Life
Campus is small though. No sports or playgrounds will be witnessed by anyone visiting the college. The canteen is ok though. Some food items are exceptionally good. Library is big enough but availing to books might a restricted to certain extent. A games room is there which is much empty enough to play there.
