Remarks

Inspired by one of my school senior and my school economics and accountany sir. They told me to join this institution for my better future. And during my school days I have had heard so many good things about this college so I decided to join this college and yeah in this college ragging is prohibited and that's one of the biggest plus point for every new comer student.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is good. Atleast, a student can choose BBA as their option instead of B.COM because it's easier than B.COM course. And yes it is a professional course so it is little more valuable than a general course.

Class Size: 76Course Fees: INR 109660 per year

Placement Experience

Different banks visited to the college for offer the jobs, like SBI, LICI, Bandhan Bank, Etc. I only know about the banks which visit to our college for job opportunities and did not know about other companies.

College Events

The college celebrates different functions every year. BBA and MBA also celebrates a management festival named QUASOFIESTA where each and every BBA and MBA students can take part in different activities like dance, mad ads, etc.

Campus Life

Gauhati Commerce College campus is very beautiful although it's little old institute and the different sports are available here. The college celebrate annual college week every year where every student can take part in different activities. And the wi-fi network is also available and the library is also nice. There is also available of gym and canteen.

My university

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a science student and always been interested in medicines so this course is quite interesting and yes it's tough . The struggle is real as the class starts at 10am in the morning and lasts upto 4pm minimum which teaches us to be patient and deal with things nicely. Some subjects are quite difficult for me but the 2 sessional examination before the final examination really helps a lot in the preparation.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th year students become eligible for placement even many got PPO before completion of course. Khaitan & CO once visited in the campus , highest package is not disclosed , average can be 800000 per year . This year many got PPO . My plan after graduation to do LLM and prepare for higher level exams .

It is good but not the best

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always had a interest regarding business administration so i decided to take this course.This course will help me to gain experience regarding how a business works in the real world and also will help me to face the real skilled world. The teaching could be done in a more interactive way and also in a advanced way like using smart boards. Exams are held on an interval of about 2 months and their difficulty is quite moderate.

My opinions on PRAGJYOTISH COLLEGE

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspect that influenced me to choose this course is , computer science. I'm interested in coding and programming. The curriculum lacks in preparing you for real-world applications as it focuses on mostly theory part . The improvement they can do is , by teaching students practically more and theoretically less. Because coding requires practice. The difficulty level is average , so frequency and timing of exams are fine .
