Remarks

The course I want to prefer are in very limited colleges in university of delhi and my college was one of them. And according to the 12th grade I scored I got admission in this college. The college area is about in 10 acres. As well as it has almost every sports. Students are provided with equal opportunities. The college has 3 floor library with more than 30,000 books. Each department has around 5 labs and equipment are also maintained.

Course Curriculum Overview

My course is up to date and is revised every year. We got industrial exposure too. Faculties are one of the best in DU. The faculty of Psychology is one of the best faculty I have learned with. We got every practical exposure to the subject and highly experienced teachers.

Class Size: 38Course Fees: INR 22050 per year

Placement Experience

India has become a global player in areas such as information technology and pharmaceuticals, with leading companies seeking out the best and brightest college students for employment. My college has not much placement offers for students. But few department has very good job opportunities like CS and FT students.

College Events

The college has event on every special occasion with a good budget like holi mela, dipawali utsav, college fest and many more. Every fest has a good budget like with DJs, music, decor and off course stars.

Are off campuses worth the DU hype

Placement Experience:

Placements cell works for the placements but gets bare minimum or very low profile courses. Students become eligible to apply in third year. I dont have the data because I didn't apply for the placements. Avg package is around 400000 that also in low profile jobs. % of students placed is also very low. My plans after the degree is to either pursue MBA from tier 1 college or continue/start a business/family business as it is best time in india to pick pace

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college are pretty good. The placement cell of my college is pretty active and facilitataes the placement process. Companies like Deloitte, EY and PWC often come to our college for placements with the average package being Rs. 8,00,000. After getting this degree, i will pursure another degree in MBA or I might also take a part in the placement process and pursue an MBA later. Students in semester 6 and further can take part in the placement process but there are internship fairs and summer internship programmes for students who are not eligible for placements

I don't know much about placements as a first year. But highest package is 23.5 LPA and median was 13 LPA. Companies visited were accenture, EY etc. the placement report for 2025 batch had not yet been uploaded on the website

Deshbandhu college, the hidden gem

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BCom hons because i was interested in commerce and here too they provide top level learning. With computers they teach us excel and everything and its really nice in this technical era that we are continuously learnibg and learning. I even joined my internship and there too i used all my learnings from college. So overall i love this as i can focus on other things too

As per the reports only 30% gets placed and you should build outside relation with companies because companies over here you have not even heard of them, so it's like college not for placement average placement is about just 3.5 LPA

honest JMC review

Placement Experience:

Students become Eligible for campus placements after in the 3rd year. The placements have been improved a lot in the past years. Companies like Pwc, kpmg, McKinsey, bain and Co come for campus placements. The highest package was 23 lakhs per annum last year.
