Malini Fulara's Review On Bhaskaracharya College Of Applied Sciences - [BCAS], New Delhi

The college is purely based on Applied Sciences. It is one of the best off-campus colleges in vicinity of South-West Delhi. My college has been awarded 'A' category in NAAC.This is how, it might be considered one of the most reputed and renowned college in entire Delhi region. My interest was triggered on visiting the college which is purely dedicated to serious studies along with co-curricular activities in place. I thoroughly enjoyed the College tests, inter-departmental competitions and the famous inter-college competitions. The celebrity performances make the college a place to look forward to. Panache is an enthralling Fashion society. Rage is another such society students look upto. The college life is full of rigour with plethora of exhilarating activities along with studies in place. I like my college to the core of my heart.

A very well crafted syllabus. It is mandatory for students to get an industry experience to bestow upon them the practical know-how and application of the curriculum. Faculty is truly dedicated and make the students feel like their own children while mentoring them to achieve greater heights in their future.

The placement cell at the college is very helpful. Almost 65 percent of the students get placed every year in renowned establishments. Alumni group too is very helpful.

The college fests here are something to look forward to. We have many eminent celebrity performances. The most talked about are The Stand-up Comedy by Bassi. The fashion society, Panache is renowned. Also, the dance society, Rage and various other societies are very advanced with eye-catching appearances. Nonetheless, the students remain focussed on achieving good grades in education as well.

I or any of my college mates have not availed any loan or scholarship for the college admission. The students are very well capable of attaining a not-so-high college course fee from their parents residing in the vicinity of the city.

The campus has enormous ground with several sports facilities. The sports equipment is one of the best in the town. The college is very active with the matches etc. happening on almost each alternate day. The library is distributed floorwise with a good collection of books that can be issued in a computerized setup. The laboratory equipment is at par with the prescribed curriculum and all the equipment is very nicely handled.

The hostel facility has not started yet as this is comparatively a new college and the infrastructure will get enhanced with time. Moreover, the college committes have taken this into consideration for future growth of infrastructure expansion facilities at the college.
