Remarks

This is the most reputed University in the entire country, moreover the placements offered are very good as well. The college I'm currently in, Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences is dedicated to the field of science exclusively and thus providing with the requisite atmosphere for peacefully carrying out various experiments and other things.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was well planned and highly designed according to current needs of industry as well as to provide in depth knowledge and know how of the subject. There were several industrial exposures, including a trip to the Forest Research Institute, Dehradun and Potato Research Institute, Shimla. Dr. N.S. Abbas, Head of Department, Botany was a very humble and helping teacher, and provided more than enough resources and help as and when required.

Yes, a Summer Research Fellowship under the IASC, INSA, NASI. Stipend offered was 26,300

Placement Experience

Placement cell is well developed and offers seats to almost 70% of the students opting for jobs after completion of BSC. Seats offered vary from course to course and experience as well

The college fests here are something to look forward to, having many eminent celebrity performances under their belt, most recent of them being a stand-up comedy by being a Bassi. The fashion society, Panache as well as the dance society, Rage and various other societies are very well developed and are eye catching.

College infrastructure was very well managed and the labs as well as the libraries were well equipped and up to date with all the facilities needed.Sports kits and playing things were easily available and asseccible to all

Placement Experience:

Students who have completed there 4 sem are eligible to sit in campus placements to secure 2month summer internship and students who have completed there 6th sem are eligible to sit in campus placements to secure 6 month internship along with ppo or fulltime or direct fulltime opportunities. Around 70-80% students gets placed in tech branches and around 50-70% gets placed in core branches. My plan after degree are to join a fulltime offer.

The best college you can get into after IITs

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is decent enough. If you are from Tech and circutial branches you can expect package ranging around 12-30lpa, and other than this you can expect somewhere between 8-15lpa for other branches. Overall the placement is quite good.

DELHI UNIVERSITY - A GREAT HEADSTART

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell within the colleges but numerous are not dynamic and those who are dynamic do not offer great arrangements. As it were Srcc , LSR or St. Stephens offer pleasant placements. Most colleges offer arrangements between 3 - 4 lacs but over said colleges can give you situations with normal 8 lacs. But, I would prescribe you to not go for placements but higher things because it will increment your information and assist you to advance in your work and do it effectively whereas doing work fair after graduation will not allow you to regard merely continuously needed in the corporate world.
