Course Curriculum Overview

`The curriculum is a complete package for the course as it focuses on all the details and aspects. The way of teaching all of the lecturers is impressive and outstanding. The campus of the department is equipped with all sorts of facilities.

Placement Experience

The placements are okay , if you are having skills in co, and you are studying properly with your curriculum you can surely grab opportunities. But here if you're an average student there is no problem , the placement cell is here to help you in every aspect, and the placement department is very much supportive.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Speaking about the value of money, I am sure that one will be totally satisfied after studying here. And the people here work very hard for the students to get placed in a good company. The total fees is only Rs 6,690 for 3 years.

Campus Life

The college is full of greenery and the events are average, we have small events and competitions in the college. Each department can participate but academics is given a priority over all the circular activities, but there is one big event in the whole year.

Admission

It is compulsory of course that the institute asks the graduation degree which is compulsory to submit. The university also requires a written exam to be cleared to get admission in the desired course.

Faculty is good, and all teachers are helpful to the students. They support the students in their field. There are research labs in our university in which the people do their research, and get selected for competitions. They are always available in the staff room.

Great exposure, Learning and Placements at CU- A well rounded experience

Placement Experience:

I am a recent graduate in computer science with specialization in artificial intelligence and machine learning. i took admission in CU just because of their excellent placements for the computer science students and what i feel is during my journey they provide i'll not say 100% placements that they guys claimed but yes the placement is really good. the average package is of 7-8 lpa and they offered placements globally like in hyderabad, pune, banglore, noida that are considered as best places to work in IT sector. but in my last year i.e 4th year i have been offered a position of software engineer intern in gurugram and that was off campus so i grabbed that opportunity. and there is one policy of chandigarh university if you opt for off campus placement then you get debarred from the TPP campus placements of chandigarh university and you will not be able to sit in the campus placements of chandigarh university. rest overall the campus placement is good.

Inside of PGI chandigarh from bsc nursing point of view.

I had appeared for neet. But as a average student i couldn't make it to be a doctor insted i cracked pgi chandigarh nsc nursing entrance. Pgi chandigarh is very affordable. It provide job as bond is signed during admission, hostel is provided, everything is very affordable here, we have to pay for uniform and that is one time investment. Pgi conduct exam for admission. Pgi chandigarh bsc nursing entrance is the name of exam, it's basically conducted in month of june or july and it is conducted in 4-5 state of north india, it is for females only. Merit list will ne released after the result and student who get their name in list can apply for counseling. Currently there are 89 seats in bsc nursing for 2024 but from 2025 seats will be increased and they will be 128 . Exam is of moderate level. It comprises of biology 20 question. Physics 20 question. Chemistry 20 question. English 20 question. Nursing aptitude 20 question. Paper is conducted in online mode Exam is of 2 hours and 100 questions will be there and +1 for a correct answer and -0. 25 for a wrong answer.
