Course Curriculum Overview

A three year long, full time, on-campus diploma course of dramatic arts indeed has a wholesome curriculum. It revolves around every form of theatre and street art that is available and therefore, provides a platform to every student to learn and grow.

Placement Experience

As far as placements from this college are concerned, I would like to say that the amount of exposure that we get is amazing and this is what that helps us the most in the real world. Therefore, I am extremely satisfied with all the opportunities that it offers.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It costs ?17,190 for a complete three year, full time, on-campus diploma course. This fee, in my opinion, is pretty justified if compared to the quality of education and the precious art imparted at this university.

Campus Life

There are several extracurricular activities organised by the college throughout the year and these activities are highly appreciated by the students. My personal favourite is the celebration of Diwali in college.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni of the college are warm and welcoming. They are always available to help us in any way possible and make us learn new and different things that one must learn. They are driven, motivated and successful in their lives which is great to witness.

Admission

After completing my graduation I decided to follow my passion so I began to search for colleges that offer a diploma course in dramatic arts and came across National School of Drama - [NSD], New Delhi. The admission procedure in this college was quite simple.

The faculty of the college is renowned. The amount of corporate experience that they have under their belts is indeed inexplicable. They are our gurus and whatever I am today is because of them. They worship this form of art and also teach us the same.

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Honestly, i would rate the course curriculum 8/10 in terms of relevance and comprehensive. At first I wanted B. Com but then one of my Aunt inspired me to take Economics hons instead . It provides a solid foundation for practical applications by blending the theoretical concepts for the real world applications

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

If you got no placement then they will give you the opportunity to start the startup. starting the 4th year you get the placement and opportunities. this college visits many companies like Amazon HCL Flipkart etc. this college's highest package is 26 LPA and the average package is 10.5 LPA. 80% of students get placed. my plan is after taking the degree I will start my startup.
