Entrance Preview

GATE exam for Post Graduation and got 97.5 percentile. I choose VJTI because they provide best faculty and facility to students and their placement record almost 100%.

Course Curriculum Overview

In M Tech In first year we have 5 subject in each sem and lab session In second year. Project work and thesis is assigned to each student. Along with that they also provide guidance for placements and Research Paper publications.

Internships Opportunities

Yes they offered 8000 Rs per month as stipend to MTech students, also many welfare society also provide scholarship to student. I dont have any internship experience.

Placement Experience

Placement was the main attraction of the college. almost every student got placed in each branch. Some of the IT companies visit college are :Google 15 LPA, Microsoft 13 LPA, Rakuten(Japan) 50 LPA, Samsung 13 LPA, IBM 5 LPA, Credit Suisse 15 LPA, Delloite 16 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is Feasible , as VJTI is an autonomous college but its fee is equal to a government college. for MTech in Computer Engineer fees is 55000 rs per year only.

Fees and Financial Aid

They provide scholarship sponsored by their societies and also tata memorial scholarship also provide.

Campus Life

There are many extracurricular activities happening in college campus. Many Young Entrepreneur visit college for debates and discussion, also many great personality like Late Shri APJ Abdul Kalam, Ratan Tata already visits the college. College is disciplined , so their is no such case of racism,eveteasing etc.

Alumni/Alumna

Our Alumni network is big . Some of the alumni are at responsible position in big government units. They used to visit college and share their rich experience with students.

Exam Structure

As VJTI is Autonomous exams are held in college itself , but they are very hard and tough. We got 1 or 2 day off after each exam and teachers shows students their exam sheets also which is a good thing for students.

Faculty

Faculty was best . Most of the faculties are M Tech and Phd.They are very friendly and provide all kind of support to student for their growth. They provide material and Extra classes to week students as well.

placements here are eligible from the 6th sem . companies like tcs , infosys , capgemini , tech mahindra , infocepts etc visit the campus offering multiple roles .the highest package is around 12LPA while average ranges between 3 to 4 LPA . My plan is to prepare for campus placement drive

COEP Technological University through my eyes.

Placement Experience:

Good placements are offered by this college. Top companies like Tata Motors, Bajaj, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Wipro pari, etc. Average placement for mechanical branch is about 9lpa while that for computer and entc goes up to 15lpa.

My College Life Experience

I Actually don't applied for any other college my preference from first was VJTI only however I do add SPIT on my 2nd preference I don't get rejected I just choose VJTI because it has a great background than any other college also it's location is quite good to get admission students must give an exam name mht cet which is Maharashtra state common entrance test through which they get admission in my course and many other once result is out the admission has to be done through cap round cutoff for my course is between 95-99%+ile depends on various factors like reservation and etc etc overall admission process takes some days but it is worthy...Read More

Detailed and Honest Review of VJTI - One of The Oldest Engineering Colleges in India.

Talking about other colleges I applied for, I registered for JOSAA and CSAB both. Through JOSAA I got the IIT Dharwad, since I got the BS plus MS programm there I regestered for CSAB, through CSAB I secured seat into iiit Bhopal cse. Because it is a newly established iiit, it does have poor facilities. Then through CAP counselling I got seat at VJTI. Then Ieft iiit Bhopal and joined VJTI. Today I think that, the decision taken by me was absolutely right. Apart from this I also applied for IIST Thiruvananthpuram but due to my 12th board score I could not make it. To do engineering in Maharashtra, MH-CET is compulsory and every student here has come that way. Rank of 3000-4500 is enough for general category students to secure admission in VJTI's E&TC branch.
