Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum for M.tech is tough and quite hectic to learn and great good grades. The students have to complete a number of assignments and practicals to learn properly about the course and enhance their learning.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of the college provides numerous opportunities as many top companies visit the college such as HSBC, Barclays, Accenture, Infosys, TCS, and more and offer students packages ranging between 7-8 lakh rs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee for the M.tech course is feasible and costs me around 50,000 rs for two years. The application fee is additional rs 2,600 to apply for the course also students with a good academic record can apply for scholarship programs run by the college.

Campus Life

The college conducts seminars, workshops, student cell organizes awareness programs, special cells for women forum, science quest, inter-college competitions, etc. as college is more fun along with studies.

Admission

The admission in M.Tech requires passing the graduation with 75% of marks and clearing the entrance examination GATE. Afterward, selected students can visit the college for counseling sessions and complete the documentation process.

Faculty

The faculties are GATE passed as well as Ph.D. holders in their subjects. The teacher helps all the students with internships, practicals also guide them in various activities which helps them in the long haul.

Experience as a first year student at NIT calicut

Placement Experience:

Here we recieve a really high number of offers this year it was around 970, The highest package received this year was 44.42 lpa and average was around 12 lpa Accenture, Bharat electronics limited are few of the top hirers, intel and nvidia also hire from here they are more relevant for ece students The percentage of students getting placed is 81% I will most probably try for a direct placement, I'm not thinking about higher studies(MTECH)after UG but that might change in the future

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Course Curriculum Overview:

It's always relevant to the content being taught by the teachers. They always use application based questions to prepare us for a real life situation as well. First aid training was also completed. Some of the teachers are very interactive while some not. Short exams are conducted on a weekly basis while internal exams are conducted every 2/3 months. Not that difficult but it isn't that easy either. Very strict checking, nothing is liberal.
