Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was detailed and well planned. Course Curriculum is a theory-based as well as practical oriented too. Every aspect of the program has been covered in this curriculum. There are marks for assignments, presentations in vivas.

Placement Experience

Yes, they permit for internship and also helps in getting a stipend, several companies were called. per college norms, every student will get a chance to sit in an interview in a company invited by a college until he or she get selected. We need to perform well to get selected

Fee Structure And Facilities

Easily affordable, the fee is very less compared to all the opportunities and facilities provided to us. The program costs us about 7,980 only which is less compared to a lot of universities. We have people from different cultures and everyone mixes up with each other.

Campus Life

We have several seminars and also have separate computer lab There are many workshops, cultural societies to develop the talents in students. We have special guests on every occasion to grace the function. There was a college fest and there were few functions held, which brought us forward and encourages us to take part.

Admission

The eligibility criteria have to clear to apply for the course, I had completed my 10+2 in commerce stream and had secured 73%. The admission department was very helpful in guiding me through all the steps. After my entrance, I was given a tour of the college.

Faculty

The faculty was well experienced and equipped with industrial experience. It was a good learning experience overall costs. Few teachers are a guest lecturer and best in their area. Few have industry experience as well as teaching experience. I had a good relationship with my professors.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for placement is from 3rd year,with tier 1 companies visiting like Google, Amazon along with mass requiters like TCS, Capgemini, Wipro etc.Last year heights placement package was 72LPA offered to 15 students and average was 2-3 LPA.

Heritage Law College is Lovely!!

Placement Experience:

Number of students who have been placed is far less than what it should be ideally. Kolkata is a paradise for law practice as it is the largest city of India and lawyers have always been in demand here. Still only 30% of the students are placed here and that's a big issue considering the name of our college.

Most of the students also get placement opportunities whether large or small package The opportunity is given to all degree whether it be bcom or bcom hons . Any student who does not get placed can easily use the degree to get a high paying off campus placements and to go to any good college or stay in this college for their post graduation.

The course curriculum is backdated and should be improvised as it doesn't give any exposure of present industry knowledge. The frequency of exams is that exams are held after 6 months on semester basis and are easy to pass and majority of the students pass this semester easily.

Decent government college which needs to improve.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is obviously outdated and the knowledge we get through it, is bookish and does not apply to present industry methods. This way we are given no exposure to the real life industry knowledge. The exams are held on semester basis after every 6 months and are easy and manageable.
